1. A user-responsive medical trauma treatment device configured to be used by a user for a patient in need of emergency medical treatment for at least one injury, said device comprising:
- a housing;
an apparatus within said housing, said apparatus containing a plurality of different removable medical components; and
an audible sound system accessible from said apparatus, wherein the audible sound system is configured to;
responsive to activation of the user-responsive medical trauma treatment device by the user, produce sounds to;

An improved user-responsive medical trauma treatment device system and methods are provided. The present invention makes several improvements to the emergency medical treatment industry by implementing advanced diagnostics and user-triggered feedback to more appropriately address the situation at hand.
