1. A computer system, comprising:

  • a computer processor; and

    a graphical user interface configured to display an output and receive a user input;

    wherein the processor is configured to;

    configure a display for a test based on a display size of the graphical user interface wherein the display size of the graphical user interface is determined based on a calibration procedure comprising user interaction with the graphical user interface and an external article of known dimension;

    display, on the graphical user interface, at least two target graphical test objects of a set of target graphical test objects scaled according to the configured display for the test;

    receive an input comprising user position data from the graphical user interface, wherein the user position data corresponds to a plurality of user positions related to a path between the at least two target graphical test objects on the graphical user interface;

    record respective time information for each of the plurality of user positions during the test;

    compute, based on the user position data and the respective time data, a dwell time for a portion of the plurality of user positions during the test;

    compute a preliminary score based on the dwell time for each of the portion of the plurality of positions, the preliminary score characterizing at least one of a motor function of the user, a cognitive function of the user, and a cognitive-motor function of the user during the test;

    adjust a display property of the set of target graphical test objects related to a difficulty of the test based on the preliminary score prior to completion of the test;

    display, on the graphical user interface at least a portion of the set of target graphical test objects with the adjusted display property and scaled according to the configured display during the test;

    continue conducting the test with at least the portion of the set of target graphical test objects with the adjusted display property;

    compute a final score characterizing at least one of a motor function of the user, a cognitive function of the user, and a cognitive-motor function of the user after completion of the test; and

    output, on the graphical user interface, the computed final score for the test and an analysis related to the computed final score.
