- a memory storing instructions; and
one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to;
acquire a data unit from a Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) layer of a base station; and
transmit the data unit to a terminal apparatus via an access point of a wireless local area network, using a packet of a transport layer protocol enabling delivery confirmation; and
provide a result of delivery confirmation of the transport layer protocol to the PDCP layer of the base station;
wherein the delivery confirmation is performed based on a sequence number included in the packet; and
wherein the result is provided to the PDCP layer of the base station based on the sequence number included in the packet and correspondence relationship, managed by the apparatus, between the sequence number and a PDCP sequence number.
