1. A method, comprising:

  • providing a set of robots configured to operate within an area having a plurality of spaces, wherein each robot includes at least one mounted camera;

    capturing operation data of the robots, including photo images obtained using the cameras of the robots;

    storing status data pertaining to leasing of the spaces and the operation data of the robots;

    generating a prediction of leasing availability of the spaces based on the status data and the operation data of the robots; and

    presenting the prediction in a user interface, wherein the user interface includes an interactive plan of vacancy of spaces in the area.
