    (iv) transmitting tag-addition instruction information including an instruction to add, to the photographic image, a tag indicating that the location is a location where the driver is estimated to have visited a plurality of times, when it is determined that the location indicated by the location information is a location where the driver is estimated to have visited a plurality of times, ortransmitting tag-addition instruction information including an instruction to add, to the photographic image, a tag indicating that the location is not a location where the driver is estimated to have visited a plurality of times, when it is not determined that the location indicated by the location information is a location where the driver is estimated to have visited a plurality of times;
