iii) automatically access one or more geofences associated with one or more emergency service providers (ESPs) from a geofence database, the one or more geofences comprising a first geofence associated with the first ESP;
iv) determine that the first location is within the first geofence associated with the first ESP;
v) in response to determining that the first location is within the first geofence associated with the first ESP, associate the first emergency alert with an identifier of the first ESP; and
vi) in response to both detecting the active communication link between the EMS and the first ESP and associating the first emergency alert with the identifier of the first ESP, automatically transmit the emergency data to the first ESP through the active communication link; and
b) an emergency response system comprising at least one processor, a memory, a user interface, a network component, a display, and at least one processor, operatively coupled to the network component, the at least one processor of the emergency response system operative to;
i) provide an emergency response application comprising a graphical user interface (GUI) at the first ESP displaying an interactive map;
ii) establish the active communication link between the EMS and the first ESP through the emergency response application before the EMS receives the emergency alert;
iii) automatically receive the emergency data from the EMS through the active communication link; and
iv) display the first location within the interactive map as an incident location associated with the first device identifier.

18. An emergency management system (EMS) configured for delivering emergency data to an emergency service provider (ESP), the EMS comprising a memory, a network component, and at least one processor operatively coupled to the network component, the at least one processor operative to:
-
a) detect an active communication link established between the EMS and an ESP through an emergency response application executed on a computing device at the ESP; b) receive an emergency alert generated by an electronic device, the emergency alert comprising emergency data comprising a location and a device identifier associated with the electronic device, wherein the emergency alert is not a phone call between the electronic device and the ESP; c) automatically access one or more geofences associated with one or more emergency service providers (ESPs) from a geofence database, the one or more geofences comprising a geofence associated with the ESP; d) determine that the location is within the geofence associated with the ESP; e) in response to determining that the location is within the geofence associated with the ESP, associate the emergency alert with an identifier of the ESP; and f) in response to both detecting the active communication link between the EMS and the ESP and associating the emergency alert with the identifier of the ESP, automatically transmit the emergency data comprising the location to the emergency response system for display through a graphical user interface (GUI) at the ESP, wherein said GUI displays an interactive map and displays the location within the interactive map as an incident location associated with the device identifier, wherein the active communication link was established between the EMS and the ESP by the emergency response system before the EMS receives the emergency alert and automatically receives the emergency data from the EMS through the active communication link.
