1. A method of aggregating medical records for a user, the method comprising:
- transmitting, from a computing device to a first communication device, a first request for a first electronic medical record associated with the user and stored in electronic storage accessible by the first communication device, the first request including an authentication token;
transmitting, from the computing device to a second communication device different from the first communication device, a second request for a second electronic medical record associated with the user and stored in electronic storage accessible by the second communication device, the second request including the authentication token;
receiving, at the computing device from the first communication device, the first electronic medical record in response to the first communication device receiving the first request and authenticating the first request based on the authentication token;
receiving, at the computing device from the second communication device, the second electronic medical record in response to the second communication device receiving the second request and authenticating the second request based on the authentication token;
establishing a secure, authenticated connection between the computing device and a recipient device associated with a medical service provider;
receiving, at the computing device, a request for a medical record application of the computing device to deliver the first and second electronic medical records to the recipient device using the secure, authenticated connection;
assembling the first and second electronic medical records to generate an aggregated electronic medical record in response to receiving the request to deliver the first and second electronic medical records using the secure, authenticated connection; and
transmitting, in response to the request to deliver the first and second electronic medical records to the recipient device, the aggregated electronic medical record as a single file from the computing device to the recipient device using the secure, authenticated connection.

Abstract
An electronic device for aggregating electronic medical records, in which electronic medical records are aggregated from multiple electronic repositories and displayed as a single set of records. The multiple electronic repositories may store records for a particular patient using varying identifying/access information to facilitate anonymous access to the electronic medical records. Emergency medical services providers may be able to access medical records for a patient using the electronic device after being authenticated as a valid/licensed medical services provider.

17. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing software comprising instructions executable by one or more computers which, upon such execution, cause the one or more computers to perform operations comprising:
-
transmitting, from a computing device to a first communication device, a first request for a first electronic medical record associated with a user and stored in electronic storage accessible by the first communication device, the first request including an authentication token; transmitting, from the computing device to a second communication device different from the first communication device, a second request for a second electronic medical record associated with the user and stored in electronic storage accessible by the second communication device, the second request including the authentication token; receiving, at the computing device from the first communication device, the first electronic medical record in response to the first communication device receiving the first request and authenticating the first request based on the authentication token; receiving, at the computing device from the second communication device, the second electronic medical record in response to the second communication device receiving the second request and authenticating the second request based on the authentication token; establishing a secure, authenticated connection between the computing device and a recipient device associated with a medical service provider; receiving, at the computing device, a request for a medical record application of the computing device to deliver the first and second electronic medical records to the recipient device using the secure, authenticated connection; assembling the first and second electronic medical records to generate an aggregated electronic medical record in response to receiving the request to deliver the first and second electronic medical records using the secure, authenticated connection; and transmitting, in response to the request to deliver the first and second electronic medical records to the recipient device, the aggregated electronic medical record as a single file from the computing device to the recipient device using the secure, authenticated connection. - View Dependent Claims (18, 19)
