a touchscreen configured to display information and sense a touch input; and
a controller configured to;
display a first region, a second region and a boundary bar between the first region and the second region on the touchscreen while a screen partitioning function is executing,display an input window at the first region, anddisplay a virtual keypad at a bottom part of the touchscreen and the first region above the virtual keypad in response to the input window being selected,wherein the boundary bar includes at least one of user selectable icons related to the screen partitioning function,wherein the virtual keypad covers at least a portion of the second region in response to the input window being selected, if the first region is placed at a top part of the touchscreen and the second region is placed at the bottom part of the touchscreen before the input window is selected,wherein the controller is configured to move the first region above the virtual keypad in response to the input window being selected, if the first region is placed at the bottom part of the touchscreen, and the second region is placed at the top part of the touchscreen before the input window is selected, andwherein the virtual keypad is placed across the first and second regions in response to the input window being selected, if the first region and the second region are placed side by side in a horizontal direction on the touchscreen before the input window is selected.

a wireless communication unit configured to perform wireless communication; a touchscreen configured to display information and sense a touch input; and a controller configured to; execute a screen partitioning function in response to a drag input, display a first region, a second region and a boundary bar between the first region and the second region on the touchscreen while the screen partitioning function is executing, display an input window at the first region, and display a virtual keypad at a bottom part of the touchscreen and the first region above the virtual keypad in response to the input window being selected, wherein the virtual keypad covers at least a portion of the second region in response to the input window being selected, if the first region is placed at a top part of the touchscreen and the second region is placed at the bottom part of the touchscreen before the input window is selected, and wherein the first region moves above the virtual keypad and at least a portion of the second region disappears on the touch screen in response to the input window being selected, if the first region is placed at the bottom part of the touchscreen, and the second region is placed at the top part of the touchscreen before the input window is selected. - View Dependent Claims (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20)
