a first portion comprising an H-bridge circuit; and
a second portion electrically connected in parallel with the electric motor, wherein the control circuit is configured to control a rotation of the electric motor based on a parameter sensed within the second portion of the control circuit.

The control circuit is configured to control a rotation of the electric motor based on a parameter sensed within the second portion of the control circuit.
