1. An organic light-emitting display device comprising:
- an upper substrate and a lower substrate facing each other, the upper substrate including a metal; and
an encapsulating layer between the upper substrate and the lower substrate, wherein the upper substrate includes an upper surface opposite to the encapsulating layer and a side inclined surface having a concavo-convex shape, and the side inclined surface is disposed between the upper surface and a side surface of the upper substrate, andwherein the upper substrate further includes a corner inclined surface disposed at a corner of the upper surface, and wherein the corner inclined surface has a length greater than that of the side inclined surface.

Abstract
An organic light-emitting display device is provided. The organic light-emitting display device includes an upper substrate coupling a lower substrate by an encapsulating layer. The upper substrate includes a metal. An inclined surface is formed at an edge of a substrate of the upper substrate by a rotating polishing wheel. Thus, in the organic light-emitting display device, the reliability may be prevented from being decreased by the metal burr without lowering the process efficiency and uniformity.
