A composition comprising nucleic acids for detecting the methylation level within at least one target region of RNF180 gene or a fragment thereof, and nucleic acids for detecting the methylation level within at least one target region of Septin9 gene or a fragment thereof, wherein the nucleic acids for detecting the methylation level within the at least one target region of Septin9 gene or a fragment thereof are SEQ ID NOs:
- 14-16 and the nucleic acids for detecting the methylation level within the at least one target region of RNF180 gene or fragment thereof are SEQ ID NOs;
