Abstract

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a display and a processor. The processor transmits registration information relating to a user'"'"'s payment means to an external electronic device, receives state information on the payment means, which is generated by the external electronic device using the registration information, from the external electronic device, and displays an indication corresponding to the state information in relation to an object for representing the payment means, through the display.

Claims

1. An electronic device, comprising:

a display; and

a processor connected to the display,

wherein the processor is configured to;

transmit, to an external device, registration information of a payment device of a user,

receive, from the external device, state information of the payment device of the user, the state information being generated by the external device using the registration information, wherein the state information includes at least one of a token or a token cryptogram of the payment device of the user,

in response to the at least one of the token or the token cryptogram indicating a synchronous state with the external device, display a first indication of the synchronous state on an object representing the payment device of the user, and

in response to the at least one of the token or the token cryptogram indicating an asynchronous state with the external device, display at least one of a pending indication, a suspended indication, or a revoked indication of the asynchronous state in a region contained within the object, the object comprising a link based on information indicating the at least one of the pending indication, the suspended indication, or the revoked indication.

2. The electronic device of claim 1,

wherein, when the state information satisfies a first condition, the processor is further configured to display the first indication in a first state, and

wherein, when the state information satisfies a second condition, the processor is further configured to display the at least one of the pending indication, the suspended indication, or the revoked indication in a second state.

3. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the processor is further configured to:

change the state information based on a user input, and

display one of the first indication or the at least one of the pending indication, the suspended indication, or the revoked indication corresponding to the changed state information in relation to the object.

4. The electronic device of claim 3, wherein the processor is further configured to obtain authentication information of the user based on the user input.

5. The electronic device of claim 4, wherein the authentication information comprises at least one of biometric information or identification check information.

6. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the processor is further configured to receive information on the payment device of the user including the state information, from the external device.

7. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the processor is further configured to:

apply a display effect corresponding to the synchronous state or the asynchronous state to the object, and

display the display effect together with the object.

8. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the processor is further configured to:

display a text or an image corresponding to a disable state of the token by the external device, or

apply a display effect in a form corresponding to the disable state of the token to the object and display the object together with the display effect.

9. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the processor is further configured to:

display a text or an image corresponding to an expiration state of the token by the external device, or apply a display effect in a form corresponding to the expiration state of the token to the object, and

display the object together with the display effect.

10. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the processor is further configured to:

output a text or an image corresponding to a cancel state or a discard state of the token by the external device, or apply a display effect in a form corresponding to the cancel state or the discard state to the object, and

display the display effect together with the object.

11. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the processor is further configured to:

control an image acquisition corresponding to the payment device, when a subject corresponding to a specified pattern is found, to automatically obtain an image, and

output information extracted from the obtained image based on an image analysis, as registration information of the payment device, on the display.

12. The electronic device of claim 11, wherein the processor is further configured to modify the registration information in correspondence to a user input.

13. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the processor is further configured to output a user interface for registering at least one of fingerprint information, personal identification number (PIN) information, or signature information, related to the payment device.

14. The electronic device of claim 1,

wherein the external device comprises a server, and

wherein the state information comprises at least one of an impending state, a cancelled state, or a discarded state.

15. A method, comprising:

transmitting, to an external electronic device, registration information of a payment device of a user;

receiving, from the external electronic device, state information of a token corresponding to the payment device of the user, wherein the state information is generated by the external electronic device using the registration information;

in response to the state information corresponding to a synchronous state with the external electronic device, displaying a first indication of the synchronous state on an object representing the payment device of the user; and

in response to the state information corresponding to an asynchronous state with the external electronic device, displaying at least one of a pending indication, a suspended indication, or a revoked indication of the asynchronous state in a region contained within the object, the object comprising a link based on information indicating the at least one of the pending indication, the suspended indication, or the revoked indication.

16. The method of claim 15, wherein the displaying of the first indication or the at least one of the pending indication, the suspended indication, or the revoked indication comprises at least one of:

outputting a text or an image corresponding to the synchronous state or the asynchronous state with respect to the external electronic device;

displaying the displayed object with a display effect corresponding to the synchronous state or the asynchronous state of the token to the displayed object;

outputting a text or an image corresponding to a disable state of the token by the external electronic device;

displaying the displayed object together with a display effect corresponding to a disable state of the token to the displayed object;

outputting a text or an image corresponding to an expiration state of the token by the external electronic device;

displaying the displayed object together with a display effect corresponding to an expiration state of the token to the displayed object;

outputting a text or an image corresponding to a cancel state or a discard state of the token by the external electronic device;

or

displaying the displayed object with a display effect corresponding to the cancel state or the discard state of the token to the displayed object.

17. The method of claim 15, further comprising:

activating an image acquisition corresponding to the payment device of the user;

obtaining an image when a subject corresponding to a specified pattern is found; and

outputting information extracted from the obtained image based on an image analysis as registration information relating to the payment device of the user, on a display.

18. The method of claim 17, further comprising modifying the registration information in correspondence to a user input.

19. A non-transitory computer readable recording medium for storing data relating to computing operations, the computer readable recording medium comprising a memory configured to store at least one instruction that, when executed by a processor, configures the processor to:

transmit, to an external electronic device, registration information associated with a payment device of a user;

receive, from the external electronic device, state information of a token corresponding to the payment device of the user, wherein the state information is generated through the external electronic device by using the registration information;

in response to the state information corresponding to a synchronous state with the external electronic device, displaying a first indication of the synchronous state on an object representing the payment device of the user; and

in response to the state information corresponding to an asynchronous state with the external electronic device, displaying at least one of a pending indication, a suspended indication, or a revoked indication of the asynchronous state in a region contained within the object, the object comprising a link based on information indicating the at least one of the pending indication, the suspended indication, or the revoked indication.

20. An electronic device, comprising:

a display; and

a processor, connected to the display,

wherein the processor is configured to;

transmit, to an external device, registration information relating to a payment device of a user,

receive, from the external device, state information on the payment device of the user, which is generated by the external device using the registration information, wherein the state information includes at least one of a token or a token cryptogram related to the payment device of the user, and

based on the state information received from the external device, display an object representing the payment device of the user together with information indicating at least one of a pending state, a suspended state, or a revoked state of the payment device of the user being displayed in a region contained within the object, the object comprising a link based on the information indicating the at least one of the pending state, the suspended state, or the revoked state,

wherein the pending state corresponds to a case where the token related to the payment device of the user is not authenticated from a server related to a card company,

wherein the suspended state corresponds to a case where the token related to the payment device of the user is suspended, and

wherein the revoked state corresponds to a case where the token related to the payment device of the user is canceled or discarded.

21. The electronic device of claim 20, wherein the object representing the payment device of the user comprises a shape similar to a physical shape of the payment device of the user.
