1. A grinding wheel replacement safety structure for handheld grinding wheel device located between a transmission grinding wheel fitting end and an actuating push button, comprising a safety button, a stop in, a limit actuating link, a link spring, and a stop in spring, wherein said safety button is located above an umbrella-shaped gear of said fitting end and has a button face projecting from a grinding wheel housing, said stop pin extending vertically across a rear end of said button face proximate to a hub of said gear, said limit actuating link extending transversely across an offset surrounding wall of said safety button proximate to said actuating push button, said link spring being fitted over said limit actuating link and said stop pin spring being fitted over a neck portion of said stop pin to respectively abut against the inner wall of said housing, whereby when said safety button is turned, said stop pin is retained on said hub of said gear, while said limit actuating link abuts against said actuating push button to lock said fitting end and stop movement of said actuating push button.
