issuing a credit card to an account holder, wherein at least a first usage parameter is associated with the credit card, and wherein the first usage parameter is selected from a group consisting of;
a parameter related to liability for the credit card, a parameter related to a credit limit of the credit card, a parameter related to notification of activity associated with the credit card, a parameter related to linking the credit card to the group of accounts, and a parameter related to security associated with the credit card;
presenting a second usage parameter to an account holder via the Internet;
receiving a request to modify the first usage parameter, wherein the request includes the second usage parameter; and
modifying the first usage parameter to include the second usage parameter.
