Abstract

The present invention concerns a flight warning light arrangement on a building of great height, preferably a pylon of a wind power installation, comprising at least one light means and at least one switching device which switches the light means.

The object of the invention is to improve a flight warning light arrangement of wind power installations and in particular to make the operation thereof as effective as possible.

A flight warning light arrangement of a building of great height, preferably a wind power installation, comprising at least one light means which is mounted on the building, wherein there is provided a device for detecting the brightness value, for example a twilight switch which detects the level of daytime brightness in the area around the building, and the device for detecting the brightness value is connected to a switching device which evaluates the measured data and switches on the flight warning light arrangement when the brightness value falls below a given value.

Claims

1. A flight warning light arrangement of a building of great height, preferably a wind power installation, comprising at least one light means which is mounted on the building, wherein there is provided a device for detecting the brightness value, for example a twilight switch which detects the level of daytime brightness in the area around the building, and the device for detecting the brightness value is connected to a switching device which evaluates the measured data and switches on the flight warning light arrangement when the brightness value falls below a given value.

2. A flight warning light arrangement of a wind power installation, in particular according to claim 1, characterised in that there is provided a visibility measuring device, by means of which the flight warning light arrangement is activated when the visibility falls below a predetermined range.

A flight warning light arrangement of a wind power installation, in particular according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that flashing lights are in the form of the light means and that there is provided a synchronisation device which controls the light means in such a way that the light means of the wind power installation and also the light means of other flashing lights in the proximity are switched on and off respectively at the same time.

4. A flight warning light arrangement according to claim 3 characterised in that the synchronisation device controls other flight warning light arrangements in the area around the first flight warning light arrangement, by radio signal and/or data signal control.

5. A flight warning light arrangement, in particular according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the flight warning light arrangement has light means which comprises a plurality of LED (light emitting diodes).

6. A flight warning light arrangement of a wind power installation, in particular according to one of the preceding claims, characterised by a transportable energy source for the supply of power to the light means and the switching device.

7. A flight warning light arrangement according to claim 6 characterised by an intermediate energy storage means (26) which can be coupled to an energy-producing means (28, 29).

8. A flight warning light arrangement according to claim 6 characterised by a GSM module (32) for the communication of fault messages.

9. A flight warning light arrangement according to claim 6 characterised in that the light means (10) is fixable to a transportation container (20).

A flight warning light arrangement according to claim 9 characterised in that the height of the transportation container (20) is such that at least the height of the light means (10) remains free between the components installed in the transportation container (20) and the edge of the transportation container (20).

11. A flight warning light arrangement according to claim 6 characterised in that the light means (10) can be arranged separately from the transportation container (20) at least during operation of the flight warning light arrangement.

12. A flight warning light arrangement according to claim 6 characterised by at least one electrical connection which is releasable at least at one side between the light means (10) and the switching device (22) or the change-over switching device.

13. A flight warning light arrangement according to claim 6 characterised by a receiving compartment (8) for cables.

14. A flight warning light arrangement according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the switching device (22) and/or the twilight switch (24) are combined with the light means (10).

15. A flight warning light arrangement according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that there are provided at least two light means (10) of different colours.

16. A flight warning light arrangement according to claim 15 characterised by a change-over switching device which respectively connects the light means (10) of the same colour to the switching device (22).

17. A flight warning light arrangement according to claim 16 characterised in that the twilight switch (24) co-operates with the change-over switching device.

18. A flight warning light arrangement according to one of the preceding claims characterised by a receiving device for radio signals, which co-operates with the twilight switch (24) and/or the switching device (22).

19. A transportable energy source for a flight warning light arrangement characterised in that there is provided a transportation container for transporting the energy source, that at least one light means for a flight warning light arrangement can be fixed to the transportation container and/or that provided in the transportation container is an intermediate energy storage means which is coupleable to an energy producing means.
