at least two dielectric chip antennas being mounted on said substrate, each of said two dielectric chip antennas having a base end connected to said feeding electrode and a floating end as an open end, wherein a distance between said open ends of said two dielectric chip antennas is shorter than a distance between said base ends of said two dielectric chip antennas.
