Abstract

Compositions and methods are disclosed which are useful of the treatment and prevention of proliferative disorders.

101. A method for treating cancer which comprises administering to a mammal an amount of Compound (1), having the formula,

102. The method of claim 101 wherein the second, anti-proliferative agent is at least a ras farnesyl transferase inhibitor.

103. The method of claim 102, wherein the at least one ras farnesyl transferase inhibitor is administered following the administration of Compound 1.

104. The method of claim 101 wherein the second, anti-proliferative agent is at least one CDK inhibitor.

105. The method of claim 104, wherein the at least one CDK inhibitor is administered following the administration of Compound 1.

106. The method of claim 101 wherein the second, anti-proliferative agent is at least Cisplatin.

107. The method of claim 106, wherein the Cisplatin and Compound 1 are administered substantially simultaneously.

108. The method of claim 101 wherein the second, anti-proliferative agent is at least antibody C225 immunospecific for EGFR.

109. The method of claim 101 wherein the second, anti-proliferative agent is at least doxorubicin.

110. The method according to claim 101, comprising the treatment of cancerous solid tumors.

111. The method according to claim 101, comprising the treatment of refractory tumors.

112. The method according to claim 101, wherein the cancer is metastatic breast cancer.

113. The method according to claim 101, wherein the cancer is lung cancer.

114. The method according to claim 101, wherein the cancer is prostate cancer.

115. A pharmaceutical product for administering a combination of anti-proliferative agents to a mammal, the product comprising in a first package Compound (1), which is,

116. The product of claim 115 wherein the anti-proliferative agent in the second package is at least a ras farnesyl transferase inhibitor.

117. The product of claim 115 wherein the anti-proliferative agent in the second package is at least one CDK inhibitor.

118. The product of claim 115 wherein the anti-proliferative agent in the second package is at least Cisplatin.

119. The product of claim 115 wherein the anti-proliferative agent in the second package is at least antibody C225 immunospecific for EGFR.

120. The product of claim 115 wherein the anti-proliferative agent in the second package is at least doxorubicin.
