Abstract

This invention is, in a remote operation apparatus which transmits information to a terminal device having a display part which displays received information, for the purpose of operability improvement on the occasion of inspecting structured documents such as Web pages, in a document inspection apparatus with a small screen size, equipped with an input part which inputs various instructions, a display part which displays various information, a communication processing part which obtains display information which is displayed on a display screen of the display part through a network, an area recognition processing part which extracts a size of a rectangular area which is included in a window which was obtained by the communication processing part and is displayed on the display part, and display information in the rectangular area, a storage part which stores size information of the display screen of the display part of the terminal device, an area change processing part which modifies a size of the rectangular area to a size of the display screen which was stored in the storage part, and obtains display information in the rectangular area, and control means which controls the communication processing part so as to transmit the display information which was modified by the area change processing part to the terminal device.

Claims

1. A remote operation system, comprising:

a communication device obtaining display information through a network, and a control device including a display part displaying various information and controlling the communication device, the communication device comprising;

a first communication processing part, which obtains display information, and transmits the display information to the control device, and

an area recognition processing part which extracts a size of a rectangular area which is the display information and displayed in a window, and display information in the rectangular area, and modifies the size of the rectangular area to a screen size of the display part;

the control device comprising;

an input part, which inputs an instruction from a user, and

a second communication part, which transmits an instruction which was inputted from the input part, and receives display information which was transmitted from the first communication processing part of the communication device,

wherein the communication device comprises;

a control part, which makes the first communication processing part to send the display information in the rectangular area which was modified to the screen size of the display part by the area recognition processing part to the second communication processing part of the control device, so as to display the display information on the display part of the control device, when the first communication processing part of the communication device received a predetermined instruction signal which was transmitted from the second communication processing part of the control device.

2. The remote operation system according to claim 1, wherein:

the area recognition processing part sets up a selection condition regarding the display information which is transmitted from the input part to a controlled side device, and transmits display information in the rectangular area which was selected in accordance with the selection condition, from the first communication processing part to the second communication processing part.

3. The remote operation system according to claim 1, wherein:

the communication device has a display part which displays various information, and displays the display information which was obtained by the first communication processing part, and

the control part of a device to be controlled has the area recognition processing part obtained display information in the rectangular area in a window which is displayed in most front of a display screen of the display part of the communication device, and has the first communication processing part transmitted it to the second communication processing part.

4. A communication apparatus, transmitting display information to a terminal device having a display part for displaying information which was received, the communication device comprising:

a communication processing part, which obtains display information through a network;

an area recognition processing part, which extracts a size of a rectangular area in a window which is included in display information which was obtained by the communication processing part and display information in the rectangular area;

a storage part, which stores size information of a display screen of the display part of the terminal device;

an area change processing part, which modifies the size of the rectangular area in the window which is included in the received display information to a size of a display screen which was stored in the storage part, and obtains display information in the rectangular area; and

control means, which controls the communication processing part to have it transmitted the display information, in such a manner that the display information, which was modified by the area change processing part, is displayed on the display screen of the terminal device.

The communication apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the area recognition processing part sets up a selection condition regarding the display information, and transmits display information in the rectangular area which was selected in accordance with the selection condition, to the terminal device.

The communication apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the communication device has a display part which displays various information, and displays display information which was obtained by the first communication processing part, and the area recognition processing part extracts display information in the rectangular area which is included in a window which is displayed on the most upper side of a display screen of the display part of the communication device.

7. A document inspection apparatus, comprising:

an input part, which inputs various instructions from a user;

a display part, which displays the above-described various information;

a target area obtaining processing part, which obtains display information which is displayed on one screen and of plural different formats, in accordance with a predetermined setup condition;

a data storage part, which stores display information which was obtained by the target area obtaining processing part;

a focus setup processing part, which sets up the predetermined condition by an instruction from the input part;

a display area change processing part, which changes display information which is displayed on the display part; and

a control part, which controls in such a manner that the display area change processing part takes out display information with a setup format which was obtained by the target area obtaining processing part, and displays it on the display part in sequence, every time the display change processing part receives a change instruction of display information which is displayed on the display part, from the input part.

8. The document inspection apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the predetermined condition is that the display information is data with a text data format, or the predetermined condition is that it is data with an image data format.

9. A remote control system, which is equipped with a portable terminal having a display part which displays various information, and a communication device being capable to carrying out mutual communication with the terminal, and having a display part which displays text information which was obtained through a network, wherein the communication device comprises:

a memory part, which stores screen information regarding a screen size of the display part of the terminal,

character information obtaining means, which obtains a character string, a character size and alignment information of the character in a predetermined area which is displayed on a display screen of the display part of the communication device,

character string editing means, which edits the character string on the basis of the character size and alignment information which were stored in the memory part and screen information of the terminal, in such a manner that all character strings, which were obtained by the character information obtaining means, are displayed on one screen of the display part of the portable terminal, and

transmission means, which transmits a character string, which was edited by the character string editing means, to the terminal, in such a manner that it is displayed on the portable terminal.

10. The remote control system according to claim 9, wherein by transmitting screen information regarding a screen size of the display part of the portable terminal, to the communication device, the screen information is stored in the memory part of the communication device.

11. The remote control system according to claim 9, wherein the character string editing means carries out the above-described editing, by editing a tag which is included in the character string.

12. The remote control system according to claim 9, wherein the character string editing means carries out the above-described editing by editing script which is included in the character string.

13. A remote operation system which is equipped with a communication device which obtains display information through a network, and a remote operation device which is capable of carrying out communication with the communication device and which receives display information which was obtained by the communication device, the remote operation device having:

a first display part, which displays various information, which obtains display information from the communication device by an instruction from the remote operation device, and displays it on the first display part,

wherein the communication device comprising;

a second display part which displays various information;

a window monitoring part, which detects that a window displayed on a display screen of the second display part was newly opened, and obtains display position information of the opened window;

a transmission image area determination part, which determines a display area which is displayed on the first display part of the remote operation device, from entire display which was displayed on the second display part, on the basis of the display position information which was obtained by the window monitoring part;

an image obtaining part, which obtains display information in the display area determined by the transmission image area determination part;

a transmission data generation part, which converts display information obtained by the image obtaining part, to the remote operation device, into a signal to be transmitted to the remote operation device,

a communication part, which transmits the signal converted by the transmission data generation part, to the remote operation device, and

a control part which controls the above-described each part.

14. The remote operation system as set forth in claim 13, wherein the transmission image area determination part determines a display area, on the basis of display position information which was obtained by the window monitoring part and a display screen size of the first display part.

The remote operation system as set forth in claim 13, wherein the transmission image area determination part determines a display area on the basis of display position information which was obtained by the window monitoring part, in case that a window was newly opened on the second display part, and

changes screen data which is transmitted to the remote operation device by the communication part, to image data before a display message was opened, in case that a window of the second display part, which relates to a display area which is displayed on the first display part, was opened.

16. A remote operation system which is equipped with a remote operation device and a server device which are capable of carrying out mutual data communication through a communication network, the remote operation device comprising:

a first display part, obtains a display image which is in response to an instruction on a display screen of the first display part, from the server device, and displays it on the first display part;

wherein the server device comprises;

a second display part;

a window monitoring part, which detects that a window displayed on a display screen of the second display part was newly opened, and obtains display position information of the opened window;

a transmission image area determination part, which determines a display area displayed on the first display part of the remote operation device, among entire display which was displayed on the second display part, on the basis of display position information which was obtained by the window monitoring part;

an image obtaining part, which obtains display data in a display area which was determined by the transmission image area determination part;

a transmission data generation part, which converts image data which was obtained by the image obtaining part, into a signal to be transmitted to the remote operation device;

a communication part, which transmits the signal which was converted by the transmission data generation part, to the remote operation device;

a control part, which controls the above-described each part; and

a display area memory part, which stores, when another window was opened on the second display part in such a status that display information of the display area of the second display part is displayed on the first display part, coordinate information of a display area which was surrounded by the another window;

and wherein the control part reads out coordinate information of the display area which was saved by the display area memory part, on the occasion that the message monitoring part detected that a window was closed, and the transmission image area determination part determines image data in a display area which is transmitted to the remote operation device on the basis of the coordinate information.
