Abstract

A container (100) for holding sterile goods (10) is described, comprising a container body (20) with at least one continuous receiving channel (21) having a cover (30) at least at one end, wherein a pushing ram (22) is displaceably arranged in the receiving channel (21), whose ram length is shorter than the channel length of the receiving channel (21) so that a cavity (23) is formed in the receiving channel (21) to receive the sterile goods (10), which is closed towards the outside by the cover (30). A dispenser for sterile goods is also described which has an actuating device and the container (100).

Claims

1. A container (100) for holding sterile goods (10), comprising a container body (20) with at least one continuous receiving channel (21) having a cover (30) at least at one end, characterised in that

a pushing ram (22) is displaceably arranged in the receiving channel (21), whose ram length is shorter than the channel length of the receiving channel (21) so that a cavity (23) is formed in the receiving channel (21) to receive the sterile goods (10), which is closed towards the outside by the cover (30).

2. The container according to claim 1, wherein the pushing ram (22) is shaped as a sleeve with an inner hole (24).

3. The container according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the pushing ram (22) is arranged in a form-locking fashion in the receiving channel (21).

4. The container according to at least one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the receiving channel (21) has respectively one cover (31, 32) at both ends.

5. The container according to at least one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the cover (30) is formed in the form of a layer from a material (31) which is manually destructible by the sterile goods (10).

6. The container according to claim 5, wherein the cover (30) consists of sterile paper or film (31).

7. The container according to at least one of claims 2 to 6, which is adapted to receive at least one acupuncture needle (10) respectively comprising a needle handle (11) and a needle section (12) as sterile goods, wherein the receiving channel (21) respectively has a channel internal diameter greater than or equal to the external diameter of the needle handle (11).

8. The container according to claim 7, wherein the inner hole (24) of the pushing ram (22) is set up to receive the needle section (12).

9. The container according to claim 8, wherein the diameter of the inner hole (24) is less than the external diameter of the needle handle (11).

10. The container according to at least one of claims 1 to 9, which is equipped with an actuating part (40) to displace the pushing ram (22) in the receiving channel (21).

11. The container according to claim 10, wherein the actuating part (40) has an actuating pin (41), whose diameter is less than or equal to the channel internal diameter of the receiving channel (21).

12. The container according to at least one claims 1 to 11, wherein a plurality of receiving channels (21) are formed in the container body (20).

13. The container according to claim 12, wherein the receiving channels (21) run parallel from a front side (25) to a back side (26) of the container body (20).

14. The container according to claim 13, wherein the container body (20) has the form of a circular cylinder between the front and back sides (25, 26).

15. The container according to claim 14, wherein the receiving channels (21) are arranged in the container body (20) so that their points of intersection with a cross-sectional area of the container body (20) form two or more coaxial circles.

16. The container according to claim 15, wherein the receiving channels (21) in the container body (20) are arranged radially in alignment.

17. The container according to claim 13, wherein the container body (20) has the shape of a cuboid between the front and back sides (25, 26).

18. The container according to at least one of claims 12 to 17, wherein on the front and back sides (25, 26) the cover (30) for all the receiving channels (21) is formed jointly respectively from one layer-shaped material (31, 32).

19. A dispenser (200) for sterile goods which has an actuating device (50, 60) and a container (100) according to at least one of claims 1 to 18.

20. The dispenser according to claim 19, wherein the actuating device (50, 60) has a housing (51) to which the container (100) is attached, wherein an actuating pin (52) is movably arranged in the housing (51).

21. The dispenser according to claim 20, wherein the actuating pin (52) is movable with a manually actuatable drive device (60).

22. The dispenser according to claim 21, wherein the drive device (60) has a feed rod (61) arranged in a spring-loaded fashion in the housing (51), to which the actuating pin (52) is affixed.

23. The dispenser according to claim 22, wherein the actuating pin (52) is affixed eccentrically to the feed rod (61) so that various radial operating positions of the actuating pin (52) are adjustable.

24. The dispenser according to at least one of claims 21 to 23, wherein the drive device (60) has an adjusting device (62) arranged in the housing (51) to align the container (100) relative to the operating position of the actuating pin (52).

The dispenser according to claim 24, wherein the adjusting device (62) has a latching (63) connected to the feed rod (61), with which the container (100) can be displaced before each actuation of the actuating pin (52) by a path length which corresponds to the distance between two receiving channels (21) in the container body (20).

26. The container body according to at least one of claims 20 to 25, wherein the housing (50) is formed as a handle which extends parallel to the alignment of the receiving channels (21) in the container body (20).

27. The dispenser according to at least one of claims 20 to 25, wherein the housing (50) is formed as a handle which extends perpendicular to the alignment of the receiving channels (21) in the container body (20).

28. The dispenser according to claim 20, wherein the actuating pin (52) is movable with an electrically operated drive device.

29. A method for supplying sterile goods with a dispenser (200) according to at least one of claims 19 to 28, wherein respectively one part of the sterile goods is pushed out of the container (100), by moving the pushing ram (22) using the actuating device (50, 60) in the corresponding receiving channel (22), until that part of the sterile goods (10) breaks through the cover (30) and projects from the container body (20) for subsequent usage.

30. The method according to claim 29, wherein respectively one acupuncture needle (10) with a needle handle (11) and a needle section (12) is pushed out of the container (100) respectively as sterile goods until the needle handle (11) breaks through the cover (30) and projects from the container body (20).
