20. A virtual reality user module for generating a virtual reality image signal corresponding at least in part to a physical coordinate system, the VR user module comprising:
- a communication module receiving a position signal from an object within a physical interactivity environment defined at least in part by the physical coordinate system; and
a processing module determining a position of the object within the physical coordinate system responsive to the received position signal and determining a position of an associated object within the virtual reality coordinate system, said processing module generating a virtual reality image signal including the determined position of the associated object within the virtual reality coordinate system.

Abstract
A virtual reality interactivity system and method of operation includes a plurality of position indicators that indicates a plurality of positions in a physical coordinate system each being associated with one of plurality of objects located within the physical environment mapped by the physical coordinate system. The system also includes a position communication system that communicates the plurality of positions of the plurality of position indicators. The system further includes a virtual reality user module associated with a user positioned within the physical environment. The virtual reality user module determines a position of an object within the physical coordinate system as a function of the plurality of position signals. The user module determines a position of an associated object within the virtual reality coordinate system and generates a virtual reality image signal that includes the determined position of the associated object within the virtual reality coordinate system. The user module also includes a virtual reality user interface that displays a virtual reality image to the user as a function of the virtual reality image signal.
