1. A system to enable a complainant to automatically design a dispute resolution process, within a computer system, from a plurality of component processes, the system including:
- a communication module to receive characterization information, from a complainant, that is utilized to characterize a dispute; and
a processing module to communicate a user interface, to the complainant, that includes the plurality of component processes, the processing module to receive selections from the complainant that correspond to at least two component processes and the order of performance of the at least two component processes to automatically design a dispute resolution process, within a computer system, that facilitates settlement of the dispute.

Abstract
There is provided a method and system to enable a complainant to automatically design a dispute resolution process, within a computer system, from multiple component processes. The system receives characterization information, from a complainant, which is utilized to characterize a dispute. Next, the system communicates a user interface, to the complainant, that includes the component processes. Finally, the system receives selections from the complainant that correspond to at least two component processes and the order of performance of the at least two component processes to automatically design a dispute resolution process that facilitates settlement of the dispute.
