Abstract

The present application relates, in general, to a system and/or method for detection and/or treatment.

Claims

1. A method, comprising:

providing one or more computable attributes of one or more agents associated with at least a part of an immune response in a host; and

forming a set of the one or more computable attributes operable for modulating the at least a part of the immune response in the host.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the forming a set of the one or more computable attributes further comprises:

forming a set including one or more computable attributes displayed by the one or more agents.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the forming a set of the one or more computable attributes further comprises:

forming a set including one or more computable attributes present in a copy number of at least two and displayed by the one or more agents.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the forming a set of the one or more computable attributes further comprises:

forming a set including one or more computable attributes present in at least two of the one or more agents.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the forming a set of the one or more computable attributes further comprises:

forming a set including one or more computable attributes with a sequence match to the host.

6. The method of claim 5, wherein the sequence match comprises:

at least one of an amino acid, a nucleic acid, or a sugar sequence match.

7. The method of claim 1, wherein the forming a set of the one or more computable attributes further comprises:

forming a set including at least one substantially linear computable epitope.

8. The method of claim 1, wherein the forming a set of the one or more computable attributes further comprises:

forming a set including at least one substantially non-linear computable epitope.

9. The method of claim 1, wherein the forming a set of the one or more computable attributes further comprises:

forming a set including at least one computable attribute having a substantially similar functional effect as the one or more agents.

10. The method of claim 1, wherein the forming a set of the one or more computable attributes further comprises:

forming a set including at least one computable attribute having a substantially similar result in an assay as the one or more agents.

11. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

displaying one or more sequences corresponding to the one or more computable attributes of the one or more agents.

12. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

projecting one or more alternate courses of the at least a part of the immune response of the host associated with the one or more computable attributes of the one or more agents.

13. The method of claim 1, wherein the providing one or more computable attributes of one or more agents associated with at least a portion of an immune response in a host further comprises:

projecting at least one pattern of change in the one or more computable attributes of the one or more agents associated with the at least a part of the immune response of the host.

14. The method of claim 13, wherein the projecting at least one pattern of change in the one or more computable attributes of the one or more agents associated with the at least a part of the immune response in the host further comprises:

projecting at least one pattern of change in the one or more computable attributes of the one or more agents in response to a treatment.

15. The method of claim 1, wherein the forming a set of the one or more computable attributes operable for modulating the at least a part of the immune response in the host further comprises:

forming a set of the one or more computable attributes of the one or more agents amenable to a treatment.

16. The method of claim 15, wherein the treatment includes:

a treatment of at least a part of at least one of an antibody, a recombinant antibody, a genetically engineered antibody, a chimeric antibody, a monospecific antibody, a bispecific antibody, a multispecific antibody, a diabody, a humanized antibody, a human antibody, a heteroantibody, a monoclonal antibody, a polyclonal antibody, a camelized antibody, a deimmunized antibody, an anti-idiotypic antibody, or an antibody fragment.

17. The method of claim 15, wherein the treatment includes:

a treatment of at least a part of at least one of a macrophage, a neutrophil, a cytotoxic cell, a lymphocyte, a T-lymphocyte, a killer T-lymphocyte, an immune response modulator, a helper T-lymphocyte, an antigen receptor, an antigen presenting-cell, a dendritic cell, a cytotoxic T-lymphocyte, a T-8 lymphocyte, a cluster differentiation (CD) molecule, a CD3 molecule, or a CD1 molecule.

18. The method of claim 15, wherein the treatment includes:

a treatment of at least one of a modulator of at least one of an antibody, a recombinant antibody, a genetically engineered antibody, a chimeric antibody, a monospecific antibody, a bispecific antibody, a multispecific antibody, a diabody, a humanized antibody, a human antibody, a heteroantibody, a monoclonal antibody, a polyclonal antibody, a camelized antibody, a deimmunized antibody, an anti-idiotypic antibody, or an antibody fragment.

19. The method of claim 15, wherein the treatment includes:

a treatment of at least one of a modulator of at least a part of at least one of a macrophage, a neutrophil, a cytotoxic cell, a lymphocyte, a T-lymphocyte, a killer T-lymphocyte, an immune response modulator, a helper T-lymphocyte, an antigen receptor, an antigen-presenting cell, a dendritic cell, a cytotoxic T-lymphocyte, a T-8 lymphocyte, a cluster differentiation (CD) molecule, a CD3 molecule, or a CD1 molecule.

20. The method of claim 15, wherein the treatment includes:

a treatment of at least a part of a B-lymphocyte.

21. The method of claim 15, wherein the treatment includes:

a treatment of at least one of a modulator of at least a part of a B-lymphocyte.

22. The method of claim 15, wherein the treatment includes:

a treatment of at least a part of at least one of a synthetic antibody or a modulator of a synthetic antibody.

23. The method of claim 15, wherein the treatment includes:

a treatment of at least a part of a Fab region.

24. The method of claim 15, wherein the treatment includes:

a treatment of at least a part of a Fab′

region.

25. The method of claim 15, wherein the treatment includes:

a treatment of at least a part of a Fv region.

a treatment of at least a portion of a species-dependent or a species-specific antibody.

a treatment directed to an extracellular molecule.

a treatment directed to at least one of a cell-surface molecule or a cell-associated molecule.

a treatment directed to at least one of a secreted protein, a glycoprotein, a polypeptide, a receptor, or a receptor ligand.

a treatment for binding at least a part of at least one antibody.

a treatment including at least one modulator of (a) an epitopic shift or (b) an epitopic drift predicted in the one or more agents.

36. The method of claim 35, wherein the treatment including at least one modulator of (a) an epitopic shift or (b) an epitopic drift predicted in the one or more agents includes:

at least one suppressor of mutational alteration of the one or more agents.

37. The method of claim 35, wherein the treatment including at least one modulator of (a) an epitopic shift or (b) an epitopic drift predicted in the one or more agents includes:

at least one interfering nucleic acid.

38. The method of claim 1, wherein the forming a set of the one or more computable attributes operable for managing the at least a part of the immune response in the host further comprises:

forming a set of the one or more computable attributes including at least one meta-signature.

39. A system, comprising:

circuitry for providing one or more computable attributes of one or more agents associated with at least a part of an immune response in a host; and

circuitry for forming a set of the one or more computable attributes operable for modulating the at least a part of the immune response in the host.

40. The system of claim 39, wherein the circuitry for forming a set of the one or more computable attributes further comprises:

circuitry for forming a set including one or more computable attributes displayed by the one or more agents.

41. The system of claim 39, wherein the circuitry for forming a set of the one or more computable attributes further comprises:

circuitry for forming a set including one or more computable attributes present in a copy number of at least two and displayed by the one or more agents.

42. The system of claim 39, wherein the circuitry for forming a set of the one or more computable attributes further comprises:

circuitry for forming a set including one or more computable attributes present in at least two of the one or more agents.

43. The system of claim 39, wherein the circuitry for forming a set of the one or more computable attributes further comprises:

circuitry for forming a set including one or more computable attributes with a sequence match to the host.

44. The system of claim 43, wherein the sequence match comprises:

at least one of an amino acid, a nucleic acid, or a sugar sequence match.

circuitry for forming a set including at least one substantially linear computable epitope.

46. The system of claim 39, wherein the circuitry for forming a set of the one or more computable attributes further comprises:

47. The system of claim 39, wherein the circuitry for forming a set of the one or more computable attributes further comprises:

circuitry for forming a set including at least one computable attribute having a substantially similar functional effect as the one or more agents.

48. The system of claim 39, wherein the circuitry for forming a set of the one or more computable attributes further comprises:

circuitry for forming a set including at least one computable attribute having a substantially similar result in an assay as the one or more agents.

49. The system of claim 39, further comprising:

circuitry for displaying one or more sequences corresponding to the one or more computable attributes of the one or more agents.

50. The system of claim 39, further comprising:

circuitry for projecting one or more alternate courses of the at least a part of the immune response of the host associated with the one or more computable attributes of the one or more agents.

51. The system of claim 39, wherein the circuitry for providing one or more computable attributes of one or more agents associated with at least a part of an immune response of a host further comprises:

circuitry for projecting at least one pattern of change in the one or more computable attributes of the one or more agents associated with the at least a part of the immune response of the host.

52. The system of claim 51, wherein the circuitry for projecting at least one pattern of change in the one or more computable attributes of the one or more agents associated with the at least a part of the immune response of the host further comprises:

circuitry for projecting at least one pattern of change in the one or more computable attributes of the one or more agents in response to a treatment.

53. The system of claim 39, wherein the circuitry for forming a set of the one or more computable attributes operable for modulating the at least a part of the immune response of the host further comprises:

75. The method of claim 73, wherein the treatment including at least one modulator of (a) an epitopic shift or (b) an epitopic drift predicted in the at least one agent includes:

at least one interfering nucleic acid.

76. The system of claim 39, wherein the circuitry for forming a set of the one or more computable attributes further comprises:

circuitry for forming a set of the one or more computable attributes including at least one meta-signature.

77. A system, comprising:

means for providing one or more computable attributes of one or more agents associated with at least a part of an immune response in a host; and

means for forming a set of the one or more computable attributes operable for modulating the at least a part of the immune response in the host.

78. A system, comprising:

a computer-readable medium including, but not limited to, at least one computer program for use with a computer system and wherein the at least one computer program includes a plurality of instructions including;

one or more instructions for providing one or more computable attributes of one or more agents associated with at least a part of an immune response in a host; and

one or more instructions for forming a set of the one or more computable attributes operable for modulating the at least a part of the immune response in the host.

79. A method, comprising:

providing one or more computable epitopes of one or more agents associated with at least a part of an immune response in a host; and

forming a set of the one or more computable epitopes operable for modulating the at least a part of the immune response in the host.

80. A system, comprising:

means for providing one or more computable epitopes of one or more agents associated with at least a part of an immune response in a host; and

means for forming a set of the one or more computable epitopes operable for modulating the at least a part of the immune response in the host.

81. A program product, comprising:

at least one signal-bearing medium including

one or more instructions for providing one or more computable epitopes of one or more agents associated with at least a part of an immune response in a host; and

one or more instructions for forming a set of the one or more computable epitopes operable for modulating the at least a part of the immune response in the host.

82. A method, comprising:

providing one or more epitopes of one or more agents associated with at least a part of an immune response in a host; and

forming a set of the one or more epitopes operable for modulating the at least a part of the immune response in the host.

83. A system, comprising:

means for providing one or more epitopes of one or more agents associated with at least a part of an immune response in a host; and

means for forming a set of the one or more epitopes operable for modulating the at least a part of the immune response in the host.

84. A program product, comprising:

at least one signal-bearing medium including

one or more instructions for providing one or more epitopes of one or more agents associated with at least a part of an immune response in a host; and

one or more instructions for forming a set of the one or more epitopes operable for modulating the at least a part of the immune response in the host.

providing one or more computable antigens of one or more agents associated with at least a part of an immune response in a host; and

forming a set of the one or more computable antigens operable for modulating the at least a part of the immune response in the host.

means for providing one or more computable antigens of one or more agents associated with at least a part of an immune response in a host; and

means for forming a set of the one or more computable antigens operable for modulating the at least a part of the immune response in the host.
