Abstract

A system and method links one or more disparate community awareness management (CAM) datasets for a community awareness program (CAP) with one or more spatial layers to create linked CAM datasets. One or more data attributes common to a CAM dataset and a spatial layer are identified, and the link is defined between the CAM dataset and the spatial layer. The spatial layer and the linked CAM dataset then may be queried using a single input query. Features from the spatial layer and features from the linked CAM dataset that match the query are generated for display. In one embodiment, a system and method manage CAP assets, transactions, interest areas for the CAP, and buffer areas for the CAP. An audience utility enables entering and maintaining audience data for the CAP. A journal utility enables making journal entries for one or more audience members, CAP assets, transactions, and/or other CAM data. A link document utility enables linking one or more documents to CAM data.

Claims

1. A method for managing community awareness data for a community awareness program (CAP) comprising:

configuring a data management system to manage storage and retrieval of geospatial data for an area covered by the CAP and Community Awareness Management (CAM) data comprising at least CAP asset data;

configuring a user interface to generate at least one display element for at least a portion of the geospatial data and the CAM data comprising;

configuring a query component to accept a query for querying the geospatial data and the CAM data to identify at least one match for the query;

configuring a map component to display the at least the portion of the geospatial data as a map image with at least one point feature associated with the map image, the at least the portion of the geospatial data matching the query, the at least one point feature identifying a location of at least one member of a group consisting of the at least one CAP asset and at least one audience member;

configuring a feature component to display the at least the portion of the CAM data as at least one data feature associated with the map image with the at least the portion of the CAM data matching the query;

configuring an audience component to enable entry of audience data for the at least one audience member, the audience data comprising at least location data;

configuring an edit component to enable editing the audience data;

configuring a journal component to enable creating at least one journal entry for at least one audience data record when the audience data is entered or edited, wherein the creating at least one journal entry comprises at least one member of a second group consisting of a user identifier, an action taken, a date of the action taken, and a user comment; and

configuring a document linking configured to enable linking at least one document to at least one member of a third group consisting of the audience data and the CAP asset data;

configuring a program management system to accept the query from the user interface, initiating a search of the CAM data and the geospatial data to determine the at least one match to the query, and generating the at least the portion of the geospatial data and the CAM data matching the query to the user interface for display; and

configuring a spatial management system to geocode the location data for the at least one audience member, associating the geocoded location data for the at least one audience member to the geospatial data, receiving the query from the program management system, generating the search for the query through the geospatial data and the CAM data, identifying the at least one match to the query, and returning the at least the portion of the geospatial data and the CAM data matching the query to the program management system.

2. A method for managing community awareness data for a community awareness program (CAP) comprising:

configuring a data management system to manage CAM data for at least one CAP asset and geospatial data for an area managed by the CAP;

configuring an audience management system to manage at least one contact for the CAP;

configuring a journal management system to manage at least one journal entry for at least one member of a group consisting of the at least one contact and the at least one CAP asset;

configuring a document management system to associate at least one document to at least one member of a second group consisting of the at least one contact, the at least one journal entry, and the at least one CAP asset;

geocoding a location for at least one member of the group consisting of the at least one contact and the at least one CAP asset;

receiving a query;

initiating a search of the CAM data and the geospatial data with a program management system to determine at least one match to the query;

generating map data with at least one point feature identifying the location and identifying at least a portion of the area managed by the CAP;

returning at least one result if the at least one match is determined, the at least one result comprising at least one member of a third group consisting of the map data, CAP asset data for the at least one CAP asset, audience data for the at least one contact, journal data for the at least one journal entry, and document data for the at least one document; and

generating the at least one result for display with a user interface.

3. The method of claim 2 wherein the CAP comprises at least one member of another group consisting of:

a pipeline CAP, the method further comprising configuring the data management system to manage CAM data comprising at least one member of a fourth group consisting of pipeline asset data, pipeline interest area data, pipeline buffer data, the audience data, the journal data, the document data, pipeline audit data, and pipeline location data; and

a call center CAP, the method further comprising configuring the data management system to manage CAM data comprising at least one member of a fifth group consisting of call center asset data, call center interest area data, call center buffer data, the audience data, the journal data, the document data, call center audit data, and call center location data.

4. The method of claim 2 further comprising configuring the data management system to manage CAM data comprising at least one member of another group consisting of the CAP asset data, interest area data, buffer data, the audience data, the journal data, the document data, audit data, location data, and statistic data.

5. The method of claim 2 wherein returning the at least one result comprises returning a plurality of members of the third group consisting of the map data, the CAP asset data for the at least one CAP asset, the audience data for the at least one contact, the journal data for the at least one journal entry, and the document data for the at least one document.

6. The method of claim 2 further comprising:

initiating the search by transmitting the query from the program management system to the spatial management system;

querying the data management system;

querying the CAM data and the geospatial data using the data management system and, if the at least one match is determined, retrieving the at least one match to the query and returning the at least one result to the spatial management system; and

returning the at least one result from the spatial management system to the program management system.

7. A method for managing community awareness data for a community awareness program (CAP) having geospatial data for an area managed by the CAP and CAM data comprising CAP asset data for at least one CAP asset and audience data for at least one contact for the CAP, the method comprising:

managing the CAM data and the geospatial data using a program management system;

accepting a query for a location at a spatial management system;

geocoding the location;

generating map data with at least one point feature identifying the location, the map data further identifying at least a portion of the area managed by the CAP, the at least one contact, and at least one member of a group consisting of the at least one CAP asset, at least one interest area portion for the at least one CAP asset, and the at least one buffer area portion for the at least one CAP asset;

initiating a search of the CAM data and the geospatial data to determine at least one match to the query;

returning at least one result if the at least one match is determined, the at least one result comprising at least one member of a second group consisting of the map data, the CAP asset data for the at least one CAP asset, and the audience data for the at least one contact; and

generating the at least one result for display using a user interface.

8. The method of claim 7 further comprising managing at least one journal entry for at least one member of a third group consisting of the at least one contact and the at least one CAP asset.

9. The method of claim 8 further comprising enabling entry of at least one new journal entry and editing at least one member of another group consisting of the at least one journal entry and the at least one new journal entry.

10. The method of claim 8 further comprising automatically generating at least one new journal entry when the at least one contact is added or modified, the at least one new journal entry identifying at least one member of another group consisting of an action taken, a user that made the action, and a date the action was taken.

11. The method of claim 7 further comprising associating at least one document to data for at least one member of a third group consisting of the at least one contact and the at least one CAP asset.

12. The method of claim 11 further comprising generating a link for the associated at least one document and generating the at least one document for display upon selection of the link.

13. The method of claim 11 further comprising generating the associated at least one document for display upon displaying the at least one member of the second group consisting of the map data, the CAP asset data, and the audience data.

14. The method of claim 7 wherein the CAP comprises at least one member of another group consisting of:

a pipeline CAP, the method further comprising configuring the program management system to manage CAM data comprising at least one member of a third group consisting of pipeline asset data, pipeline interest area data, pipeline buffer data, the audience data, journal data, document data, pipeline audit data, and pipeline location data;

a call center CAP, the method further comprising configuring the program management system to manage CAM data comprising at least one member of a fourth group consisting of call center asset data, call center interest area data, call center buffer data, the audience data, the journal data, the document data, call center audit data, and call center location data; and

a utility CAP, the method further comprising configuring the program management system to manage CAM data comprising at least one member of a fifth group consisting of utility asset data, utility interest area data, utility buffer data, the audience data, the journal data, the document data, utility audit data, and utility location data.

15. The method of claim 7 further comprising configuring the program management system to manage the CAM data comprising at least one member of another group consisting of the CAP asset data, interest area data, buffer data, the audience data, other audience data, journal data, document data, audit data, location data, and statistic data.

16. The method of claim 7 further comprising configuring the program management system to manage the at least one result comprising the map data and the CAP asset data for the at least one CAP asset.

17. The method of claim 7 further comprising configuring the program management system to manage the at least one result comprising a plurality of members of the second group consisting of the map data, the CAP asset for the at least one CAP asset, and the audience data for the at least one contact.

18. The method of claim 7 wherein managing the CAM data and the geospatial data using the program management system comprises:

selecting at least one common data attribute that is common to the geospatial data and the CAM data;

defining the selected common data attribute between the CAM data and the geospatial data in a CAM configuration element to create a spatially linked CAM data and geospatial data; and

initiating the search of the spatially linked CAM data and geospatial data to determine the at least one match to the query.

19. The method of claim 7 further comprising configuring the program management system to enable entry of at least one new contact and editing at least one member of another group consisting of the at least one contact and the at least one new contact.

20. The method of claim 7 further comprising configuring the spatial management system to generate the map data to further identify an interest area for the CAP.

21. The method of claim 7 further comprising configuring the spatial management system to generate the map data to further identify a buffer area for the CAP.

22. The method of claim 21 further comprising configuring the spatial management system to generate the map data to further identify a plurality of audience members with at least some of the audience members within the buffer area.

23. The method of claim 7 further comprising configuring the spatial management system to generate the map data to further identify a plurality of audience members.

24. The method of claim 7 further comprising configuring the spatial management system to generate the map data to further identify the at least one contact and the at least one CAP asset.

25. The method of claim 7 further comprising configuring the program management system to manage interest area data for the at least one CAP asset.

26. The method of claim 7 further comprising configuring the program management system to manage buffer area data for the at least one CAP asset.

27. The method of claim 7 further comprising configuring the program management system to manage at least one member of another group consisting of storage and retrieval of audit data for the CAP and reporting audit data for the CAP.

28. The method of claim 7 further comprising configuring the user interface with at least one member of another group consisting of a search tool configured to enter a search parameter for the query and a filter tool configured to enter a filter parameter for the query.

29. The method of claim 7 further comprising configuring the user interface with a tool input configured to accept entry of the query.

30. A method for managing community awareness data for a community awareness program (CAP) having CAM data for at least one CAP asset and at least one audience member and geospatial data for an area managed by the CAP, the method comprising:

accepting a query at a program management system;

initiating a search of the geospatial data at a spatial management system to determine a query match for the query and, if the query match is identified, retrieving selected geospatial data corresponding to the query match, the query match comprising data for at least one member of a group consisting of the at least one audience member and the at least one CAP asset;

generating the selected geospatial data as map data identifying at least a portion of the area managed by the CAP and at least one location of the at least one member of the group consisting of the at least one audience member and the at least one CAP asset;

receiving the query match and the map data at the program management system if the query match is determined and retrieving selected CAM data corresponding to the query match; and

generating the selected CAM data and the map data for display with a user interface.

31. The method of claim 30 wherein the CAP comprises at least one member of a group consisting of:

a pipeline CAP, the method further comprising configuring the program management system to manage the CAM data comprising at least one member of a second group consisting of pipeline asset data, pipeline interest area data, pipeline buffer data, the audience data, journal data, document data, pipeline audit data, and pipeline location data;

a call center CAP, the method further comprising configuring the program management system to manage the CAM data comprising at least one member of a third group consisting of call center asset data, call center interest area data, call center buffer data, the audience data, the journal data, the document data, call center audit data, and call center location data; and

a utility CAP, the method further comprising configuring the program management system to manage the CAM data comprising at least one member of a fourth group consisting of utility asset data, utility interest area data, utility buffer data, the audience data, the journal data, the document data, utility audit data, and utility location data.

32. The method of claim 30 further comprising managing CAM data comprising at least one member of another group consisting of other CAP asset data, interest area data, buffer data, audience data, journal data, document data, audit data, location data, and statistic data.

33. The method of claim 30 further comprising configuring an audience management system to manage audience data for the at least one audience member.

34. The method of claim 33 further comprising enabling an audience data entry comprising at least one member of another group consisting of entering the audience data for a new audience entry and editing the audience data.

35. The method of claim 30 further comprising configuring a journal management system to manage at least one journal entry for at least one member of the group consisting of the at least one audience member and the at least one CAP asset.

36. The method of claim 35 further comprising enabling data entry comprising at least one member of another group consisting of entering journal data for the at least one journal entry and editing the at least one journal entry.

37. The method of claim 30 further comprising configuring a document management system to enable associating at least one document to at least one member of the group consisting of the at least one audience member and the at least one CAP asset.

38. The method of claim 30 further comprising geocoding the query at the spatial management system.

39. The method of claim 30 further comprising configuring a data management system to manage the CAM data and the geospatial data and further configuring the spatial management system to retrieve the selected CAM data and the selected geospatial data from the data management system.

40. The method of claim 30 further comprising configuring the program management system to manage storage and retrieval of audit data and reporting data for the CAP.

41. The method of claim 30 further comprising configuring the program management system further to manage storage and retrieval of CAP asset data.

42. The method of claim 30 further comprising configuring the program management system to manage storage and retrieval of buffer data.

43. The method of claim 30 further comprising configuring the program management system to manage storage and retrieval of interest area data.

44. A method for managing community awareness data for a community awareness program (CAP) comprising:

configuring a data management system to manage storage and retrieval of geospatial data for an area managed by the CAP and CAM data comprising feature data for at least one member of a group consisting of audience data identifying at least one audience member managed by the CAP, CAP asset data identifying at least one CAP asset managed by the CAP, interest area data identifying at least one interest area for the CAP asset, buffer data identifying at least one buffer area for the CAP asset, document data identifying at least one document associated with the at least one audience member or the at least one CAP asset, and journal data identifying at least one journal entry associated with the at least one audience member or the at least one CAP asset;

generating a query to a spatial management system from a program management system;

initiating a query of the geospatial data and the CAM data by a spatial management system to determine a match for the query;

returning selected feature data corresponding to the query if the match is identified;

generating at least one image if the match is identified, the at least one image identifying at least a portion of the managed area, at least one point feature identifying the at least one audience member, and at least one member selected from a second group consisting of the at least one CAP asset, the at least one interest area, and the at least one buffer area, the at least the portion of the managed area corresponding to the selected feature data; and

if the match is identified, receiving the selected feature data and the at least one image at the program management system and generating for display the at least one image and the selected feature data.

45. The method of claim 44 further comprising:

selecting at least one common data attribute that is common to the geospatial data and the CAM data;

defining the selected common data attribute between the CAM data and the geospatial data in a CAM configuration element to create a spatially linked CAM data and geospatial data; and

initiating the query of the spatially linked CAM data and geospatial data to determine the match to the query.

46. The method of claim 44 wherein the CAP comprises at least one member of another group consisting of:

a pipeline CAP, the method further comprising configuring the data management system to manage the CAM data comprising at least one member of a third group consisting of pipeline asset data, pipeline interest area data, pipeline buffer data, the audience data, the journal data, the document data, pipeline audit data, and pipeline location data; and

a call center CAP, the method further comprising configuring the data management system to manage the CAM data comprising at least one member of a fourth group consisting of call center asset data, call center interest area data, call center buffer data, the audience data, the journal data, the document data, call center audit data, and call center location data.

47. The method of claim 44 further comprising configuring the data management system to manage the selected feature data comprising at least one member of another group consisting of audience location data and statistic data.

48. The method of claim 44 further comprising configuring the data management system to manage the selected feature data comprising utility data.

49. The method of claim 44 further comprising receiving other audience contact data for at least one other audience contact, geocoding the other audience contact data, and transmitting the geocoded other audience contact data to the data management system for storage.

50. The method of claim 44 further comprising:

querying the data management system for corresponding cross reference data; and

receiving the cross reference data from the data management system if a cross reference match is identified, and generating the cross reference data comprising at least one member of the journal entry and the document.

51. The method of claim 50 wherein the cross reference data consists of the document, and the method comprises generating a link for the document and, upon selection of the link, retrieving the document from the data management system and generating the document for display.

52. The method of claim 50 wherein the cross reference data consists of the document, and the method comprises generating the document for display.

53. The method of claim 44 wherein configuring the spatial management system to initiate a query of the geospatial data and the CAM data to determine a match for the query comprises:

configuring a spatial processor to receive the query from the program management system, querying the data management system, and returning the selected feature data to the program management system if the match is identified; and

configuring an image processor to generate the at least one image to the program management system.

54. A method for managing community awareness data for a community awareness program (CAP) comprising:

generating, with a user interface, display elements corresponding to at least one match for a query of geospatial data for an area managed by the CAP and CAM data comprising feature data for the CAP, the display elements comprise;

at least a portion of the area managed by the CAP;

at least one member of a group consisting of at least an interest area portion for at least one CAP asset and at least a buffer area portion for the at least one CAP asset; and

at least one point feature in the managed area portion and displayed relative to the at least one member of the group consisting of the interest area portion and the buffer area portion, the at least one point feature indicating a location of at least one audience member.

55. The method of claim 54 further generating the display elements comprising the at least one CAP asset.

56. The method of claim 54 further comprising generating the display elements to identify at least one member of another group consisting of pipeline interest area data, pipeline buffer data, and pipeline audit data.

57. The method of claim 54 wherein the CAP asset comprises at least one member of a second group consisting of a pipeline asset, a utility asset, and a call center asset, and the method comprises:

generating the display elements comprising the buffer area portion; and

generating the buffer area portion comprising at least one member of a third group consisting of a pipeline buffer area portion, a utility buffer area portion, and a call center buffer area portion.

58. The method of claim 54 further comprising generating display elements identifying at least one member of another group consisting of utility interest area data, utility buffer data, utility audit data, call center interest area data, call center buffer data, and call center audit data.

59. The method of claim 54 further comprising generating a plurality of point features in the managed area portion, each point feature indicating another location of at least one other audience member.

60. The method of claim 59 further comprising generating the display elements comprising the buffer area portion with at least one of the plurality of point features within the buffer area portion.

61. The method of claim 54 further comprising generating selected feature data in a feature display frame.

62. The method of claim 61 further comprising generating selected feature data comprising at least one member of another group consisting of buffer area data for the at least one CAP asset, interest area data for the at least one CAP asset, audience data for the at least one audience member, location data for the at least one CAP asset or the at least one audience member, journal data for the at least one CAP asset or the at least one audience member, document data for the at least one CAP asset or the at least one audience member, and audit data for the at least one CAP asset or the at least one audience member.

63. The method of claim 61 further comprising generating a menu icon for the selected feature data and generating a features menu upon selection of the menu icon.

64. The method of claim 63 further comprising generating the features menu comprising a link document feature and, upon selection of the link document feature, generating a link document utility configured to enable linking document data to at least one member of another group consisting of the at least one CAP asset and the at least one audience member.

65. The method of claim 63 further comprising generating the features menu comprising an audience feature and, upon selection of the audience feature, generating an audience utility configured to enable entry of audience data for at least one member of another group consisting of the at least one CAP asset and the at least one audience member.

66. The method of claim 63 further comprising generating the features menu comprising a journal entry feature and, upon selection of the journal entry feature, generating a journal entry utility configured to enable entry of journal data for at least one member of another group consisting of the at least one CAP asset and the at least one audience member.

67. The method of claim 54 further comprising configuring the user interface to generate at least one journal entry for at least one member of a second group consisting of the at least one CAP asset and the at least one audience member.

68. The method of claim 67 further comprising configuring the user interface to generate the journal entry comprising at least one member of a third group consisting of a new journal entry and an existing journal entry.

69. The method of claim 54 further comprising configuring the user interface to generate document data identifying at least one document associated with the at least one audience member or the at least one CAP asset.

70. The method of claim 69 wherein the document data comprises a link for the document, and the method comprises generating the link, and upon selection of the link, generating the document for display.

71. The method of claim 69 wherein the document data comprises the document, and the method further comprises generating the document for display in at least a portion of a display frame.

72. The method of claim 54 further comprising configuring the user interface to generate contact data for at least one other audience member.

73. The method of claim 72 further the contact data is editable, and edited contact data is savable, and wherein the method further comprising configuring a spatial management system to geocode the saved edited contact data.

74. The method of claim 54 further comprising configuring the user interface with a link document utility configured to enable linking a selected document to the at least one CAP asset or the at least one audience member.

75. The method of claim 54 further comprising configuring the user interface with a journal entry utility to enable entering selected journal entry data for at least one member of another group consisting of the at least one CAP asset and the at least one audience member.

76. The method of claim 54 further comprising configuring the user interface to manage a tool input to accept entry of the query.

77. The method of claim 54 further comprising configuring the user interface with a tools frame to display at least one tool of another group consisting of a search tool configured to enter a search parameter for the query and a filter tool configured to enter a filter parameter for the query.

78. The method of claim 54 further comprising configuring the user interface with a bookmark utility to enable saving a selected geographic area with a selected name.

79. The method of claim 54 further comprising configuring the user interface with a documents utility to enable displaying a list of documents linked to feature data for at least one member of another group consisting of the at least one CAP asset and the at least one audience member.

80. The method of claim 54 further comprising configuring the user interface with a layers utility to enable selection of at least one geospatial data layer for display.

81. The method of claim 54 further comprising configuring the user interface with an edit utility to enable editing audience data for the at least one audience member.

82. The method of claim 54 further comprising configuring the user interface to generate at least one member of a second group consisting of an overview map to display the managed area portion relative to a surrounding area and a map legend to identify at least one member of a third group consisting of a color for the point feature and a symbol for the point feature.

83. The method of claim 54 further comprising configuring the user interface to generate a feature display frame, and further configuring the user interface to manage the feature display frame comprising at least one member of another group consisting of a selected features utility, a linked features utility, a linked documents utility, a journal utility, and a contact management utility.

84. The method of claim 54 further comprising configuring the user interface to generate a feature display frame to display selected feature data corresponding to the at least one match.

85. The method of claim 54 further comprising configuring the user interface with a drag pan feature to enable selecting an image with at least the managed area portion, dragging the image in a selected direction to scroll the image, and regenerating the image upon releasing the image at a selected point.

86. A method for managing community awareness data for a community awareness program (CAP) comprising:

configuring a user interface to generate display elements corresponding to at least one match for a query of geospatial data for an area managed by the CAP and CAM data comprising feature data for the CAP, comprising;

generating a map image comprising;

at least a portion of the area managed by the CAP;

at least one CAP asset in the managed area portion;

in the managed area portion, at least one member of a group consisting of at least an interest area portion for at least one CAP asset and at least a buffer area portion for the at least one CAP asset; and

at least one point feature in the managed area portion, the at least one point feature indicating a location of at least one audience member; and

generating a feature display frame to display selected feature data corresponding to the at least one match.

87. The method of claim 86 further comprising generating the CAP asset comprising a pipeline asset, generating the buffer area portion comprising a pipeline buffer area portion, generating the interest area portion comprising a pipeline interest area portion, and generating the feature data comprising pipeline CAM data.

88. The method of claim 86 further comprising:

generating the CAP asset comprising at least one member of a second group consisting of a utility asset and a call center asset;

generating the interest area portion comprising at least one member of a third group consisting of a utility interest area portion and a call center interest area portion; and

generating the buffer area portion comprising at least one member of a third group consisting of a utility buffer area portion and a call center buffer area portion; and

generating the feature data comprising at least one member of a fifth group consisting of utility CAM data and call center CAM data.

89. The method of claim 86 further comprising generating the map image comprising the at least the buffer area portion, generating a plurality of point features within the managed area portion, each point feature indicating another location of at least one other audience member, and displaying at least one of the plurality of point features within the buffer area portion.

90. The method of claim 86 wherein generating the selected feature data comprises at least one member of a group consisting of generating buffer area data for the at least one CAP asset, generating interest area data for the at least one CAP asset, generating audience data for the at least one audience member, generating location data for the at least one CAP asset or the at least one audience member, generating journal data for the at least one CAP asset or the at least one audience member, generating document data for the at least one CAP asset or the at least one audience member, and generating audit data for the at least one CAP asset or the at least one audience member.

91. The method of claim 86 further comprising generating a link document utility configured to enable linking document data to at least one member of a group consisting of the at least one CAP asset and the at least one audience member.

92. The method of claim 86 further comprising generating a journal entry utility configured to enable entry of journal data for at least one member of another group consisting of the at least one CAP asset and the at least one audience member.

93. The method of claim 86 further comprising generating an audience utility configured to enable entry of contact data for at least one member of another group consisting of the at least one CAP asset and the at least one audience member.

94. The method of claim 86 further comprising generating document data identifying at least one document associated with the at least one audience member or the at least one CAP asset.

95. The method of claim 86 further comprising generating at least one journal entry for at least one member of another group consisting of the at least one CAP asset and the at least one audience member.

The method of claim 86 further comprising configuring the user interface with a drag pan feature to enable selecting an image with at least the managed area portion, dragging the image in a selected direction to scroll the image, and regenerating the image upon releasing the image at a selected point.

97. The method of claim 86 further comprising generating the map image comprising the at least the interest area portion and the at least a buffer area portion.

98. A method for managing community awareness data for a community awareness program (CAP) comprising:

generating display elements corresponding to at least one match for a query of geospatial data for an area managed by the CAP and CAM data comprising feature data for the CAP, the display elements comprising;

generating at least a portion of the area managed by the CAP;

generating at least one CAP asset in the managed area portion;

generating at least one member of a group consisting of at least an interest area portion for the at least one CAP asset and at least a buffer area portion for the at least one CAP asset; and

generating at least one point feature in the managed area portion relative to the at least one member of the group consisting of the interest area portion and the buffer area portion, the at least one point feature indicating a location of at least one audience member.

99. The method of claim 98 further comprising generating selected feature data corresponding to the at least one match.
