Abstract

A connector structure that can be less subject to the vibration of the equipment coupled to the connector is provided. In the inverter apparatus side connector structure, a packing, an insulation member, another packing and a terminal housing are fixed at the outer circumference of the inverter apparatus side terminal with its one end being formed as a male terminal structure having an approximately circular solid cylindrical shape, and the terminal housing is fixed at the inverter apparatus side housing with the dissipation member of vibration. The motor side connector structure is fixed at the motor side housing with the packing, etc. at the outer circumference of the motor side terminal with its one end being formed as a female terminal structure having an approximately circular hollow cylindrical shape.

Claims

1. A connector structure comprising

a terminal of a first equipment;

a dissipation member of vibration at which the terminal of said first equipment is fixed;

a housing of a first equipment at which said dissipation member of vibration is fixed;

a terminal of a second equipment to which the terminal of said first equipment is to be connected; and

a housing of a second equipment at which the terminal of said second equipment is fixed.

2. A connector structure according to claim 1, wherein

a plurality of terminals of said first equipment are fixed at said dissipation member of vibration.

3. A connector structure according to claim 1, wherein

a plurality of terminals of said second equipment are fixed at a terminal housing;

and

said terminal housing is fixed at the housing of said second equipment.

4. A connector structure according to claim 1, wherein

the terminal of said first equipment is formed as a male terminal;

and

the terminal of said second equipment is formed as a female terminal.

5. A connector structure according to claim 1, wherein

the terminal of said first equipment is formed as a female terminal;

and

the terminal of said second equipment is formed as a male terminal.

6. A connector structure according to claim 1, wherein

said dissipation member of vibration is formed in a ring shape.

7. A connector structure according to claim 6, wherein

an edge of an inner circumference of said dissipation member of vibration formed in a ring shape is fixed at the terminal of said first equipment;

and

an edge of an outer circumference of said dissipation member of vibration formed in a ring shape is fixed at the housing of said first equipment.

8. A connector structure according to claim 6, wherein

said dissipation member of vibration formed in a ring shape is formed as a circular ring shape with its cross sectional shape being formed approximately in an H-shape.

9. A connector structure according to claim 6, wherein

said dissipation member of vibration formed in a ring shape is formed so as to have an approximately U-shaped protuberance part at the center of its cross sectional shape.

10. A connector structure according to claim 1, wherein said dissipation member of vibration is composed of fluororesin.

11. A connector structure according to claim 1, further comprising an engaging mechanism for limiting a relative movement between the terminal of said first equipment and the terminal of said second equipment at a state that the terminal of said first equipment and the terminal of said second equipment are connected to each other.

A connector structure according to claim 11, wherein said engaging mechanism is composed of a concave part formed at an outer circumference of the male terminal, a concave part formed at an inner circumference of the female terminal, and a ring member contained within a space formed by the concave part of the male terminal and the concave part of the female terminal when said male terminal and said female terminal are engaged to each other.

A connector structure according to claim 1, further comprising an axis position adjusting mechanism for adjusting an axis position of the terminal of the first equipment and the terminal of said second equipment when the terminal of said first equipment and the terminal of said second equipment are connected to each other.

14. A connector structure according to claim 13, wherein said axis position adjusting mechanism is composed of a convex part formed at a top of the terminal formed as a male terminal, and a concave part formed at a bottom of an inner circumference of the terminal formed as a female terminal.

15. A connector structure according to claim 14, wherein an electrically insulative axis position adjusting member having a convex part is provided at a top of said terminal formed as a male terminal.

16. A connector structure according to claim 4, wherein a contact maker is provided at an inner circumference of the terminal formed as a female terminal.

17. A connector structure according to claim 4, wherein a slide member is provided at an outer circumference of the terminal formed as a female terminal.

18. A connector structure according to claim 4, wherein waterproof of a coupling part of connector is assured by means that a waterproof member is provided at an outer circumference of the terminal formed as a female terminal;

the terminal formed as a male terminal is fixed at an electrically insulative terminal housing; and

the waterproof member and the terminal housing may contact firmly to each other when coupling the terminal formed as a female terminal and the terminal formed as a male terminal together.

19. A connector structure according to claim 1, wherein the terminal of said first equipment and a wiring inside said first equipment fixed at the housing of said first equipment are connected electrically to each other by an electrical connecting line having flexibility.

20. A connector structure according to claim 19, wherein said electric connecting line is composed of an electrically conductive plain braided wire and an insulative and heat-shrinkable tube installed at an outer circumference of the plain braided wire.

21. A connector structure according to claim 1, wherein said first equipment is a power converter apparatus, and said second equipment is an electric motor.

22. A connector structure according to claim 1, wherein said first equipment is an electric motor, and said second equipment is a power converter apparatus.

23. A connector structure comprising

a terminal of an equipment;

a dissipation member of vibration at which the terminal of said equipment is fixed; and

a housing of an equipment at which said dissipation member of vibration is fixed.

24. A connector structure according to claim 23, wherein

a plurality of terminals of said equipment are fixed at said dissipation member of vibration.

25. A connector structure according to claim 23, wherein the terminal of said equipment is a male terminal structure.

26. A connector structure according to claim 23, wherein the terminal of said equipment is a female terminal structure.

27. A connector structure according to claim 23, wherein said dissipation member of vibration is formed as a ring shape.

28. A connector structure according to claim 27, wherein

an edge of an inner circumference of said dissipation member of vibration formed in a ring shape is fixed at the terminal of said equipment;

and

an edge of an outer circumference of said dissipation member of vibration formed in a ring shape is fixed at the housing of said equipment.

29. A connector structure according to claim 27, wherein

said dissipation member of vibration formed in a ring shape is formed as a circular ring shape with its cross sectional shape being formed approximately in an H-shape.

30. A connector structure according to claim 27, wherein

said dissipation member of vibration formed in a ring shape is formed so as to have an approximately U-shaped protuberance part at the center of its cross sectional shape.

31. A connector structure according to claim 27, wherein said dissipation member of vibration is composed of fluororesin.

32. A connector structure according to claim 25, wherein an electrically insulative axis position adjusting member having a convex part is provided at a top of said terminal formed as a male terminal.

33. A connector structure according to claim 26, wherein a contact maker is provided at an inner circumference of said terminal formed as a female terminal.

34. A connector structure according to claim 25, wherein a slide member is provided at an outer circumference of said terminal formed as a male terminal.

35. A connector structure according to claim 23, wherein the terminal of said equipment and a wiring inside said equipment fixed at the housing of said equipment are connected electrically to each other by an electrical connecting line having flexibility.

36. A connector structure according to claim 35, wherein said electric connecting line is composed of an electrically conductive plain braided wire and an insulative and heat-shrinkable tube installed at an outer circumference of the plain braided wire.

37. A connector structure according to claim 23, wherein said equipment is a power converter apparatus or an electric motor.
