at least one substantially hollow riser affixed to the base,wherein the at least one, substantially hollow riser extends substantially vertically from the base to elevate and support the condensing unit, and wherein the base comprises an opening aligned with at least one substantially hollow riser such that a plurality of the equipment pads are stackable.

14. A method for elevating a condensing unit comprising:
