Abstract

A service controlling system controls a service provided from a terminal of a service provider to a terminal of a user through a network. The system includes an evaluation value calculating unit away from the terminal of the service provider, the evaluation value calculating unit evaluating an environment of the terminal of the user to calculate an evaluation value; and a service controlling unit that controls, based on the evaluation value calculated by the evaluation value calculating unit, the service provided from the terminal of the service provider to the terminal of the user.

Claims

1. A service controlling system that controls a service provided from a terminal of a service provider to a terminal of a user through a network, the system comprising:

an evaluation value calculating unit away from the terminal of the service provider, the evaluation value calculating unit evaluating an environment of the terminal of the user to calculate an evaluation value; and

a service controlling unit that controls, based on the evaluation value calculated by the evaluation value calculating unit, the service provided from the terminal of the service provider to the terminal of the user.

2. The service controlling system according to claim 1, wherein

the evaluation value calculating unit evaluates the environment of the terminal of the user from multiple viewpoints, and calculates at least one of an evaluation value in each viewpoint and a total of evaluation values in all the viewpoints, and

the service controlling unit controls the service based on at least one of the evaluation value in each viewpoint and the total of evaluation values in all the viewpoints.

3. The service controlling system according to claim 1, wherein

the service controlling unit controls the service based on, in addition to the evaluation value calculated by the evaluation value calculating unit, at least one of a period for providing the service and an attribute of the user.

4. The service controlling system according to claim 1, wherein

a terminal of a third-party organization other than a network provider connecting the terminal of the service provider and the terminal of the user together includes the evaluation value calculating unit.

5. The service controlling system according to claim 4, wherein

a terminal of the network provider includes

a service request accepting unit that accepts, from the terminal of the user, a service request to the terminal of the service provider;

an evaluation value calculation requesting unit that accepts, from the terminal of the user, environment information indicating the environment of the terminal of the user, and transmits the environment information to the terminal of the third-party organization to request calculation of the evaluation value; and

a service requesting unit that, after receiving the evaluation value from the terminal of the third-party organization, transmits the evaluation value and the service request to the terminal of the service provider.

6. The service controlling system according to claim 5, wherein

the service request accepting unit accepts, from the terminal of the user, service identification information that uniquely identifies a service requested to the terminal of the service provider.

7. The service controlling system according to claim 5, wherein

the evaluation value calculation requesting unit does not transmit identification information of the user issuing a service request and transmits service request identification information that uniquely identifies the service request to the terminal of the third-party organization together with the environment information to request the calculation of the evaluation value.

8. The service controlling system according to claim 5, wherein

the evaluation value calculation requesting unit accepts at least one of hashed environment information and encrypted environment information from the terminal of the user, and transmits at least one of the hashed environment information and the encrypted environment information to the terminal of the third-party organization to request the calculation of the evaluation value.

9. The service controlling system according to claim 5, wherein

after receiving an encrypted evaluation value from the terminal of the third-party organization, the service requesting unit transmits the encrypted evaluation value and the service request to the terminal of the service provider.

10. The service controlling system according to claim 1, further comprising a registration accepting unit that accepts a registration of information of the terminal of the user, wherein

the evaluation value calculating unit determines whether the registration accepting unit accepts the registration of the information of the terminal of the user, and calculates the evaluation value based on a result of the determination.

11. The service controlling system according to claim 10, wherein

the evaluation value calculating unit is included in a terminal of a first third-party organization, and the registration accepting unit is included in a terminal of a second third-party organization connected through a network to the terminal of the first third-party organization, and

the evaluation value calculating unit obtains registration information of the terminal of the user through the network from the terminal of the second third-party organization, determines based on the registration information whether the registration accepting unit accepts the registration of the information of the terminal of the user, and calculates the evaluation value based on a result of the determination.

12. The service controlling system according to claim 11, wherein

upon accepting a service request from the terminal of the user, the evaluation value calculating unit included in the terminal of the first third-party organization obtains the registration information of the terminal of the user from the terminal of the second third-party organization.

The service controlling system according to claim 12, further comprising an evaluation reference setting unit that is included in the terminal of the first third-party organization, and sets an evaluation reference when the evaluation value calculating unit calculates the evaluation value, wherein

the evaluation value calculating unit evaluates the environment of the terminal of the user based on the evaluation reference set by the evaluating reference setting unit, and calculates the evaluation value.

14. A method for controlling a service provided from a terminal of a service provider to a terminal of a user terminal through a network, the method comprising:

evaluating, in a terminal away from the terminal of the service provider, an environment regarding the terminal of the user to calculate an evaluation value; and

controlling the service provided from the terminal of the service provider to the terminal of the user based on the evaluation value calculated.

15. A computer-readable recording medium that stores therein a computer program for controlling a service provided from a terminal of service provider to a terminal of user through a network, the computer program causing a computer to execute:

evaluating, in a terminal away from the terminal of the service provider, an environment regarding the terminal of the user to calculate an evaluation value; and

controlling the service provided from the terminal of the service provider to the terminal of the user based on the evaluation value calculated.
