1. A method for assisting a representative in gauging effectiveness of message delivery to a customer, comprising the steps of:

  • recording a date of a site visit by a representative with the customer into a local database;

    downloading data concerning consumption of a product or service in a region which is attributable to the customer;

    generating a chart of the acquired sales data;

    superimposing site visit information on the chart for coordinated presentation to the representative; and

    responding to interaction with the superimposed site visit information by presenting additional information from at least the local database.
