an active layer formed on the substrate;
a gate insulating layer formed on the active layer;
a gate electrode formed on the gate insulating layer in a location corresponding to the active layer;
an interlayer dielectric layer formed on the gate electrode;
a source or drain electrode formed on the interlayer dielectric layer and coupled to the active layer;
an insulating layer formed on the source or drain electrode; and
an organic light emitting diode formed on the insulating layer and coupled to the source or drain electrode,wherein pixels of at least first and second types are formed, and at least one pixel has a distinctive pattern corresponding to the type of the at least one pixel.

14. A fabricating method of an organic light emitting display, the method comprising:

preparing a substrate; evaporating amorphous silicon on the substrate; crystallizing the amorphous silicon into poly silicon; forming an active layer using the poly silicon; forming an organic light emitting diode coupled to the active layer, wherein pixels of at least first and second types are formed; and forming a distinctive pattern in at least one pixel, the distinctive pattern according to the type of the at least one pixel. - View Dependent Claims (15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21)
