Abstract

The present invention relates to a data communication method, a data communication system and a communication device. In particular, the present invention relates to a wireless communication device, wherein a broadband internet connection between said communication device and a data network is used. Said broadband internet connection has a high security between said wireless communication device and a data network by the usage of a unique port secured access by means of public known keys.

Claims

1. A data communication method for operating a communication system, the method comprising:

(i) establishing communication between a communication device and a transmitter box;

(ii) establishing a connection between said transmitter box and a pre-selected host server, wherein said transmitter box has an access to said pre-selected host server only and establishes a unique port secured access thereto;

(iii) receiving data from said pre-selected host server at said communication device; and

(iv) displaying said received data on a display of said communication device.

2. The data communication method according to claim 1, wherein said communication device is establishing a wireless communication with said transmitter box.

3. The data communication method according to claim 1, wherein the communication device is establishing a communication with a home or office appliance.

4. The data communication method according to claim 3, wherein the communication is a wireless communication.

5. The data communication method according to claim 4, wherein the wireless communication is effected via Bluetooth or ZigBee.

6. The data communication method according to claim 1, wherein the connection between said transmitter box and said pre-selected host server is via broad band internet.

7. The data communication method according to claim 1, wherein said communication device is transmitting data to the host server.

8. The data communication method according to claim 7, wherein said data is video data.

9. The data communication method according to claim 7, wherein said data is image data.

10. The data communication method according to claim 7, wherein said data is speech data.

11. The data communication method according to claim 7, wherein said data is text data.

12. The data communication method according to claim 6, wherein said broadband internet connection is established via a WLAN or LAN.

13. The data communication method according to claim 6, wherein said broadband internet connection is established via a modem.

14. The data communication method according to claim 1, wherein a user is inputting data over a touch-screen LCD pad on said communication device.

15. The data communication method according to claim 1, wherein said at least one host server establishes a connection to at least one information server.

16. The data communication method according to claim 1, wherein said at least one host server establishes a connection to at least one multimedia server.

17. The data communication method according to claim 1, wherein said at least one host server establishes a connection to at least one database server.

18. The data communication method according to claim 1, wherein said at least one host server executes a host application.

19. The data communication method according to claim 3, wherein said communication device executes an authentication of said home or office appliances.

20. The data communication method according to claim 2, wherein said wireless communication device executes a data communication with said home or office appliance over a secured Bluetooth or ZigBee XML-encrypted channel.

21. The data communication method according to claim 6, wherein predefined public known keys are used between said broadband internet connection with a unique port secured access.

22. The data communication method according to claim 21, wherein said predefined public known keys are defining functionalities and conditions of said home or office appliance.

23. The data communication method according to claim 1, wherein said at least one host server establishes a connection with at least one multimedia database.

24. The data communication method according to claim 1, wherein a home or office appliance authentication according to a database structure of a database is executed.

25. The data communication method according to claim 15, wherein the at least one information server executes a user communication.

26. The data communication method according to claim 25, wherein said at least one information server executes an application of information on demand.

27. The data communication method according to claim 16, wherein said multimedia servers execute a multimedia production and/or a multimedia compression and/or a multimedia distribution.

28. The data communication method according to claim 2, wherein a communication between a wireless phone or a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) with said wireless communication device is executed.

29. The data communication method according to claim 28, wherein said communication is executed trough data network.

30. The data communication method according to claim 1, wherein said communication device executes at least one home or office content supply, support and/or backup management application.

31. The data communication method according to claim 1, wherein said wireless communication device executes an application for content distribution, communication of users and a user input interface.

32. The data communication method according to claim 1, wherein said communication device receives information from a content application which comprises user-relevant information.

33. The data communication method according to claim 32, wherein a user can access to a content application via the internet.

34. The data communication method according to claim 33, wherein a user can access to a content application via the mobile phone (WAP/GPRS/UMTS/3G).

35. The data communication method according to claim 33, wherein said content application has a connection with predetermined archives, whereby said archives are in connection with servers and database systems.

36. The data communication method according to claim 35, wherein said at least one database system is in connection with a video production and content support office.

37. The data communication method according to claim 35, wherein additional content from outside the communication system can be brought directly to said archives by users sharing information modules, or directly trough content or via said video production and content support office to said archives.

38. The data communication method according to claim 35, wherein a user receives from an application for content on demand, at least one of an interactive multimedia, an application for content live support, an application for content access to individual user archives, an application for content on demand pay-per-use activities, an application for content on demand a 24/7-monitoring, an application for content on demand an SMS-alarming, an application for content on demand a usage control, an application for smoke and gas detection, and an application for content on demand energy savings.

39. The data communication method according to claim 2, wherein said wireless communication device informs said user via SMS and/or e-mail about user-configurable events in a predetermined surrounding area of said wireless communication device.

40. A data communication system comprising:

at least one communication device;

at least one transmitter box, which has a communication with said communication device; and

at least one pre-selected host server, wherein said transmitter box has an access to said pre-selected host server only and establishes a unique port secured access thereto; and

wherein the host server has an access to system servers.

41. The data communication system according to claim 40, wherein said communication system comprises a wireless communication

42. The data communication system according to claim 41, wherein said communication is from said wireless communication device to at least one home or office appliance.

43. The data communication system according to claim 40, wherein said communication system has a wireless communication from said wireless communication device to at least one home or office appliance via an implemented wireless module wherein said wireless module is implemented in at least one home or office appliance.

44. The data communication system according to claim 40, wherein said transmitter box is connected with a PC.

45. The data communication system according to claim 40, wherein said transmitter box is connected with a broadband modem.

46. The data communication system according to claim 41, wherein said wireless communication is a ZigBee or Bluetooth communication.

47. The data communication system according to claim 40, wherein said transmitter box is connected with a router.

48. The data communication system according to claim 40, wherein said transmitter box is connected with a switch.

49. The data communication system according to claim 40, wherein said transmitter box has a broadband internet connection with the at least one pre-selected host server.

50. The data communication system according to claim 49, wherein said broadband internet connection is DSL or cable modem, electric wire.

51. The communication system according to claim 40, wherein said communication of said transmitter box with said at least one pre-selected host server is a closed system.

52. The data communication system according to claim 40, wherein said communication of said transmitter box with said at least host server is virus bullet-proof.

53. The data communication system according to claim 40, wherein said transmitter box comprises a secured wireless data transmitter.

54. The data communication system according to claim 40, wherein said at least one pre-selected host server comprises a host application.

55. The data communication system according to claim 40, wherein said at least one pre-selected host server is in connection with at least one database server.

56. The data communication system according to claim 40, wherein said at least one pre-selected host server has a connection with at least one multimedia server containing a database.

57. The data communication system according to claim 56, wherein said database has a structure comprising customer information, home or office appliance authentication and/or out-sourced local internet shopping implementation.

58. The data communication system according to claim 40, wherein said at least one host server is in connection with at least one information server.

59. The data communication system according to claim 58, wherein said information servers comprise a user communication.

60. The data communication system according to claim 58, wherein said information servers comprise an application of information on demand.

61. The data communication system according to claim 56, wherein said at least one multimedia server is used for video production and/or video compression and/or video distribution.

62. The data communication system according to claim 40, wherein said communication system comprises a content application.

63. The data communication system according to claim 62, wherein said content application comprises information about control, administration, cooking, health, fun, kids, communication and messaging, calendar, reminder, service-alarming or any other home or office content.

64. The data communication system according to claim 62, wherein a user has access to the content application via an internet connection.

65. The data communication system according to claim 40, wherein said wireless communication device is in connection with a remote application which comprises remote services and firmware upgrades.

66. A communication device comprising:

a first port module, configured to communicate with a transmitter box;

a second port, configured to communicate with at least one home appliance;

a transmitter box, configured to communicate with at least one pre-selected host server, wherein said transmitter box is connected to a modem and wherein said transmitter box has a unique port secured access to said at least one pre-selected host server;

a display module;

a CPU module;

a memory module; and

at least one of a speaker, a webcam, a microphone, a Bluetooth module, a Zigbee module, a wireless PCMCIA 802.11g module, a smoke and gas detector, a panic button, a unique firmware and application module, and a recharging station module.

67. The communication device according to claim 66, wherein said first port module is a Bluetooth module or a ZigBee module.

68. The communication device according to claim 66, wherein said second port module is a ZigBee module or a Bluetooth module.

69. The communication device according to claim 66, wherein said display module comprises a touch-screen LCD pad with onscreen keyboard.

70. The communication device according to claim 66, wherein said touch-screen LCD pad is removable in accessible radius around the transmitter box without a recharging unit.

71. The communication device according to claim 66, wherein said communication device comprises an application for gas and smoke.

72. The communication device according to claim 66, wherein said wireless communication device comprises a unique firmware and application.

73. The communication device according to claim 66, wherein said application is based on a Linux open source platform and flash/PHP-interfaces or any kind of platform and interfaces.

74. The communication device according to claim 66, wherein said wireless communication device comprises a predetermined hardware configuration.

75. The communication device according to claim 66, wherein said communication device comprises a user interface.

76. The wireless communication device according to claim 66, wherein said wireless communication device comprises a panic button.
