a securing member configured and arranged to attach the housing to a safety harness;

a connector portion coupled to the at least a portion of the sling member and extending through the slot, the connector portion configured and arranged to attach to the safety harness.

The first end is looped back and secured onto itself proximate the intermediate portion to form a connector portion. The housing is operatively connected to the first end proximate the intermediate portion, and the housing includes a cavity configured and arranged to receive at least a portion of the intermediate portion.
