Abstract

A computer-readable medium includes a program including processes of correlating electronic information which is correlated to a first correlation location in a first correlation structure also to a second correlation location in a second correlation structure according to a correlation condition based on the first correlation location or the electronic information, and executing an operation on the electronic information or the first correlation location in the first correlation structure, wherein there can be switched permission and forbiddance of execution of at least a part of the operations, among the operations, which changes a correlation result in the correlating.

Claims

1. A computer-readable medium storing a program causing a computer to execute a process for electronic information processing, the process comprising:

correlating electronic information which is correlated to a first correlation location in a first correlation structure also to a second correlation location in a second correlation structure according to a correlation condition based on the first correlation location or the electronic information; and

executing an operation on the electronic information or the first correlation location in the first correlation structure, wherein

there can be switched permission and forbiddance of execution of at least a part of the operations, among the operations, which changes a correlation result in the correlating.

2. The computer-readable medium according to claim 1, wherein

the correlation condition includes a condition for selecting electronic information to be correlated, and

the operation for which the permission and the forbiddance of the execution are switched includes an operation which sets electronic information which is a non-target of the correlation in the correlating to a target of the correlation or an operation which sets electronic information which is a target of the correlation in the correlating to a non-target of the correlation.

3. The computer-readable medium according to claim 1, wherein

the second correlation structure comprises a plurality of the second correlation locations, and

the operation for which the permission and the forbiddance of the execution are switched includes an operation which correlates electronic information correlated to a certain second correlation location to another second correlation location.

4. The computer-readable medium according to claim 2, wherein

the second correlation structure comprises a plurality of the second correlation locations, and

the operation for which the permission and the forbiddance of the execution are switched includes an operation which correlates electronic information correlated to a certain second correlation location to another second correlation location.

5. The computer-readable medium according to claim 2, wherein

the correlation condition includes a condition for selecting electronic information to be correlated based on the first correlation location, and

the operation for which the permission and the forbiddance of the execution are switched includes an operation which changes a correlation destination of electronic information from a first correlation location which is a target of the correlation to a first correlation location which is a non-target of the correlation or an operation which changes the correlation destination of electronic information from a first correlation location which is a non-target of the correlation to a first correlation location which is a target of the correlation.

6. The computer-readable medium according to claim 2, wherein

the correlation condition includes a condition for selecting electronic information to be correlated based on a first correlation location, and

the operation for which the permission and the forbiddance of the execution are switched includes an operation which newly correlates electronic information to a first correlation location which is a target of the correlation or an operation which cancels correlation of electronic information to a first correlation location which is a target of the correlation.

7. The computer-readable medium according to claim 5, wherein

the correlation condition includes a condition for selecting electronic information to be correlated based on a first correlation location, and

the operation for which the permission and the forbiddance of the execution are switched includes an operation which newly correlates electronic information to a first correlation location which is a target of the correlation or an operation which cancels correlation of electronic information to a first correlation location which is a target of the correlation.

8. The computer-readable medium according to claim 2, wherein

the correlation condition includes a condition for selecting electronic information to be correlated based on an attribute of electronic information, and

the operation for which the permission and the forbiddance of the execution are switched includes an operation which changes an attribute of electronic information from an attribute which is a target of the correlation to an attribute which is a non-target of the correlation or an operation which changes an attribute of electronic information from an attribute which is a non-target of the correlation to an attribute which is a target of the correlation.

9. The computer-readable medium according to claim 5, wherein

the correlation condition includes a condition for selecting electronic information to be correlated based on an attribute of electronic information, and

the operation for which the permission and the forbiddance of the execution are switched includes an operation which changes an attribute of electronic information from an attribute which is a target of the correlation to an attribute which is a non-target of the correlation or an operation which changes an attribute of electronic information from an attribute which is a non-target of the correlation to an attribute which is a target of the correlation.

10. The computer-readable medium according to claim 6, wherein

the correlation condition includes a condition for selecting electronic information to be correlated based on an attribute of electronic information, and

the operation for which the permission and the forbiddance of the execution are switched includes an operation which changes an attribute of electronic information from an attribute which is a target of the correlation to an attribute which is a non-target of the correlation or an operation which changes an attribute of electronic information from an attribute which is a non-target of the correlation to an attribute which is a target of the correlation.

11. The computer-readable medium according to claim 3, wherein

the correlation condition includes a condition for selecting a second correlation location to be correlated based on an attribute of electronic information, and

the operation for which the permission and the forbiddance of the execution are switched includes an operation which changes an attribute of electronic information so that the second correlation location is changed.

12. The computer-readable medium according to claim 1, wherein

in the switching of the permission and the forbiddance of the execution, the permission and forbiddance of all of the operations which change the correlation result by the correlating can be switched.

13. The computer-readable medium according to claim 1, wherein

the first correlation structure and the first correlation location are a storage structure and a storage location in which the electronic information is definitively stored based on an instruction of a user,

the correlation to the first correlation location is achieved by definitively storing electronic information in the storage location based on the instruction of the user,

the second correlation structure and the second correlation location are a classification structure and a classification location used for classification of the electronic information, and

correlation to the second correlation location is achieved by classifying electronic information to the classification location.

14. The computer-readable medium according to claim 1, wherein

the process further comprises displaying, on a display device, the electronic information in correlation to the second correlation location based on the correlation result in the correlating, and

the operation for which the permission and the forbiddance of the execution are switched is an operation which changes a display result on the display device.

15. An electronic information processing system comprising:

a correlating unit that correlates electronic information which is correlated to a first correlation location in a first correlation structure also to a second correlation location in a second correlation structure according to a correlation condition based on the first correlation location or the electronic information;

an operating unit that executes an operation on the electronic information or the first correlation location in the first correlation structure, and

a switching unit that switches permission and forbiddance of execution of at least a part of the operations, among the operations by the operating unit, which changes a correlation result by the correlating unit.

16. The electronic information processing system according to claim 15, wherein

the correlation condition includes a condition for selecting electronic information to be correlated, and

the operation for which the permission and the forbiddance of the execution are switched by the switching unit includes an operation which sets electronic information which is a non-target of correlation by the correlating unit to a target of the correlation or an operation which sets electronic information which is a target of the correlation by the correlating unit to a non-target of the correlation.

17. The electronic information processing system according to claim 15, wherein

the second correlation structure comprises a plurality of the second correlation locations, and

the operation for which the permission and the forbiddance of the execution are switched by the switching unit includes an operation which correlates electronic information correlated to a certain second correlation location to another second correlation location.

18. A method of processing electronic information, the method comprising:

correlating electronic information which is correlated to a first correlation location in a first correlation structure also to a second correlation location in a second correlation structure according to a correlation condition based on the first correlation location or the electronic information, and

executing an operation on the electronic information or the first correlation location in the first correlation structure, wherein

permission and forbiddance of execution of at least a part of the operations, among the operations, which changes a correlation result in the correlating can be switched.

19. The electronic information processing method according to claim 18, wherein

the correlation condition includes a condition for selecting electronic information to be correlated, and

the operation for which the permission and the forbiddance of the execution are switched includes an operation which sets electronic information which is a non-target of the correlation in the correlating to a target of the correlation or an operation which sets electronic information which is a target of the correlation in the correlating to a non-target of the correlation.

20. The electronic information processing method according to claim 18, wherein

the second correlation structure comprises a plurality of the second correlation locations, and

the operation for which the permission and the forbiddance of the execution are switched includes an operation which correlates electronic information correlated to a certain second correlation location to another second correlation location.
