Abstract

The invention relates to a sock, especially for use in sports activities. Said sock comprises a cushioning in the region of the Achilles tendon, which is formed by at least two cushions (24). One respective horizontally extending joint (25) is embodied between the cushions (24).

Claims

1. A sock, particularly for use in sports activities, which presents a cushioning in the area of the Achilles tendon, and which is formed from at least two cushions, characterized in that a respective, substantially horizontally extending joint (25) is formed between the cushions (24).

2. A sock, according to claim 1, characterized in that the cushions (24) present a bent shape.

3. A sock, according to claim 1, characterized in that the shapes of the cushions are adapted to the anatomic shape of the foot in the area of the Achilles tendon.

10. A sock, according to claim 2, characterized in that the shapes of the cushions are adapted to the anatomic shape of the foot in the area of the Achilles tendon.

11. A sock, according to claim 1, characterized in that the cushion (24) which is adjacent to the heel has the largest dimensions of all the cushions (24).

12. A sock, according to claim 2, characterized in that the cushion (24) which is adjacent to the heel has the largest dimensions of all the cushions (24).

13. A sock, according to claim 3, characterized in that the cushion (24) which is adjacent to the heel has the largest dimensions of all the cushions (24).

14. A sock, according to claim 1, characterized in that the cushions (24) are divided by a vertically oriented ridge (26).

15. A sock, according to claim 2, characterized in that the cushions (24) are divided by a vertically oriented ridge (26)

16. A sock, according to claim 3, characterized in that the cushions (24) are divided by a vertically oriented ridge (26).

17. A sock, according to claim 10, characterized in that the cushions (24) are divided by a vertically oriented ridge (26).

18. A sock, according to claim 14 , characterized in that the ridge (26) is manufactured from a climate-regulating fabric.

19. A sock, according to claim 14, characterized in that the ridge (26) is formed in the shape of a cushion.

20. A sock, according to claim 1, characterized in that the cushions (24) are made of hollow chamber fibers, around which wool or cotton is spun.

21. A sock, according to claim 2, characterized in that the cushions (24) are made of hollow chamber fibers, around which wool or cotton is spun.

22. A sock, according to claim 3, characterized in that the cushions (24) are made of hollow chamber fibers, around which wool or cotton is spun.

23. A sock, according to claim 1, characterized in that the sock presents additional cushions (22).

24. A sock, according to claim 2, characterized in that the sock presents additional cushions (22).

25. A sock, according to claim 3, characterized in that the sock presents additional cushions (22).

26. A sock, according to claim 14, characterized in that the sock presents additional cushions (22).
