Abstract

The present application discloses improved capabilities for aggregating user behavioral data across multiple wireless operators and delivering content to a mobile communication facility based on that aggregation, among other factors.

Claims

1. A method, comprising:

receiving a request from an ad network for a wireless operator user profile datum;

delivering the user profile datum to the ad network for a financial consideration; and

sharing a portion of the financial consideration with the wireless operator from which the user profile datum derives.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the user profile datum is a behavioral datum.

3. The method of claim 2, wherein the behavioral datum relates to the user'"'"'s mobile communication facility usage.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the user profile datum is a geographic datum.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the user profile datum is a demographic datum.

6. The method of claim 1, wherein the portion of the financial consideration is a flat fee.

7. The method of claim 6, wherein the portion of the fee is a shared revenue based at least in part on an advertising fee received from the advertising network.

8. The method of claim 1, wherein the ad network is a performance-based ad network

9. The method of claim 8, wherein the performance-based network includes a bidding platform.

10. A method, comprising:

receiving a request from a publisher for a wireless carrier user profile datum;

delivering the user profile datum to the publisher for a financial consideration; and

sharing a portion of the fee with the publisher from which the user profile datum derives.

11. The method of claim 10, wherein the publisher is a wireless operator.

12. The method of claim 10, wherein the publisher is a website owner.

13. The method of claim 10, wherein the publisher is a content producer.

14. The method of claim 10, wherein the publisher is an application developer.

15. The method of claim 10, wherein the user profile datum is a behavioral datum.

16. The method of claim 15, wherein the behavioral datum relates to the user'"'"'s mobile communication facility usage.

17. The method of claim 10, wherein the user profile datum is a geographic datum.

18. The method of claim 10, wherein the user profile datum is a demographic datum.

19. The method of claim 10, wherein the financial consideration is a flat fee.

20. The method of claim 19, wherein the financial consideration is a shared revenue based at least in part on an advertising fee received from the advertising network.
