Abstract

To realizes an easy maintenance of the load sensor.

A passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device 1 comprises a left and right pair of fixed lower rails 3 which are fixed on the vehicle floor, a left and right pair of movable upper rails 4 which are disposed to move in a front-and-rear direction on the fixed lower rail 3, load sensors 50 and 60 which are fixed to an upper surface of the right movable upper rail 4, load sensors 70 and 80 which are disposed on the movable upper rail 4 to be movable in a left-and-right direction with respect to the right movable upper rail 4, a sub frame 110 which is mounted on the load sensors 50, 60, 70, and 80, side frames 141 and 142 which are welded to the sub frame 110, and a pan frame 143 which is detachably disposed to the side frames 141 and 142 to cover the front of the side frames 141 and 142. A gouged section 151 is formed on the side frame 141.

Claims

1. A passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device for a vehicle seat, comprising:

a pair of right and left rail members, each of the rail members comprising a fixed rail that is fixable to a vehicle and a movable rail that is disposed to be movable in a front-and-rear direction on the fixed rail;

load sensors that are mounted to a front portion and a rear portion of each movable rail;

a first connecting member for connecting between front load sensor locations;

a second connecting member for connecting between rear load sensor locations; and

a third connecting member for connecting between the pair of right and left rail members, the third connecting member being provided between the first connecting member and the second connecting member,

wherein the third connecting member has a widest portion that is wider in the front-and-rear direction than the first connecting member and the second connecting member.

2. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of both end portions of the third connecting member comprises a tightening part having two branched portions.

3. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of both end portions of the third connecting member comprises a tightening part having two branched portions, and a connecting part for connecting between the two branched portions of each tightening part.

8. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a cross section of the first connecting member is formed in substantially a U-shape, and a bent part is formed at each of both end portions of the first connecting member.

9. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a cross section of the first connecting member is formed in substantially a U-shape, and a plurality of elongated holes are formed in the first connecting member.

The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a cross section of the first connecting member is formed in substantially a U-shape, a bent part is formed at each of both end portions of the first connecting member, and a plurality of elongated holes are formed in the first connecting member.

19. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a middle portion of the first connecting member is arranged lower than both end portions of the first connecting member.

21. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 1, wherein both end portions of the first connecting member are wider in the front-and-rear direction than both end portions of the second connecting member, and

wherein both end portions of the third connecting member are wider in the front-and-rear direction than both end portions of the first connecting member.

24. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a middle portion of the first connecting member is wider in the front-and-rear direction than both end portions of the second connecting member, and

wherein both end portions of the third connecting member are wider in the front-and-rear direction than both end portions of the first connecting member.

27. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the third connecting member has a lowest portion that is lower than the second connecting member.

4. A passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device for a vehicle seat, comprising:

a pair of right and left rail members, each of the rail members comprising a fixed rail that is fixable to a vehicle and a movable rail that is disposed to be movable in a front-and-rear direction on the fixed rail;

load sensors that are mounted to a front portion and a rear portion of each movable rail;

a first connecting member for connecting between front load sensor locations;

a second connecting member for connecting between rear load sensor locations; and

a third connecting member for connecting between the pair of right and left rail members, the third connecting member being provided between the first connecting member and the second connecting member,

wherein the third connecting member has a widest portion that is wider in the front-and-rear direction than the first connecting member and the second connecting member, and

wherein a plurality of elongated holes are formed in the third connecting member.

5. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 4, wherein each of both end portions of the third connecting member comprises a tightening part having two branched portions, and the plurality of elongated holes are formed between the tightening parts.

10. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 4, wherein a cross section of the first connecting member is formed in substantially a U-shape, and a bent part is formed at each of both end portions of the first connecting member.

11. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 4, wherein a cross section of the first connecting member is formed in substantially a U-shape, and a plurality of elongated holes are formed in the first connecting member.

15. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 4, wherein a cross section of the first connecting member is formed in substantially a U-shape, a bent part is formed at each of both end portions of the first connecting member, and a plurality of elongated holes are formed in the first connecting member.

The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 5, wherein a cross section of the first connecting member is formed in substantially a U-shape, a bent part is formed at each of both end portions of the first connecting member, and a plurality of elongated holes are formed in the first connecting member.

22. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 4, wherein both end portions of the first connecting member are wider in the front-and-rear direction than both end portions of the second connecting member, and

wherein both end portions of the third connecting member are wider in the front-and-rear direction than both end portions of the first connecting member.

25. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 4, wherein a middle portion of the first connecting member is wider in the front-and-rear direction than both end portions of the second connecting member, and

wherein both end portions of the third connecting member are wider in the front-and-rear direction than both end portions of the first connecting member.

28. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the third connecting member has a lowest portion that is lower than the second connecting member.

6. A passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device for a vehicle seat, comprising:

a pair of right and left rail members, each of the rail members comprising a fixed rail that is fixable to a vehicle and a movable rail that is disposed to be movable in a front-and-rear direction on the fixed rail;

load sensors that are mounted on a front portion and a rear portion of each movable rail;

a first connecting member for connecting between front load sensor locations;

a second connecting member for connecting between rear load sensor locations; and

a third connecting member for connecting between the pair of right and left rail members, the third connecting member being provided between the first connecting member and the second connecting member,

wherein the third connecting member has a widest portion that is wider in the front-and-rear direction than the first connecting member and the second connecting member, and

wherein a first height position at which the first connecting member is attached, a second height position at which the second connecting member is attached, and a third height position at which the third connecting member is attached, are different from one another.

7. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the third height position at which the third connecting member is attached is lower than the first height position at which the first connecting member is attached.

12. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a cross section of the first connecting member is formed in substantially a U-shape, and a bent part is formed at each of both end portions of the first connecting member.

13. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a cross section of the first connecting member is formed in substantially a U-shape, and a plurality of elongated holes are formed in the first connecting member.

The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a cross section of the first connecting member is formed in substantially a U-shape, a bent part is formed at each of both end portions of the first connecting member, and a plurality of elongated holes are formed in the first connecting member.

The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 7, wherein a cross section of the first connecting member is formed in substantially a U-shape, a bent part is formed at each of both end portions of the first connecting member, and a plurality of elongated holes are formed in the first connecting member.

20. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a middle portion of the first connecting member is arranged lower than both end portions of the first connecting member.

23. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 6, wherein both end portions of the first connecting member are wider in the front-and-rear direction than both end portions of the second connecting member, and

wherein both end portions of the third connecting member are wider in the front-and-rear direction than both end portions of the first connecting member.

26. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a middle portion of the first connecting member is wider in the front-and-rear direction than both end portions of the second connecting member, and

wherein both end portions of the third connecting member are wider in the front-and-rear direction than both end portions of the first connecting member.

29. The passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the third connecting member has a lowest portion that is lower than the second connecting member.

30. A passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device for a vehicle seat, comprising:

a pair of right and left rail members, each of the rail members comprising a fixed rail that is fixable to a vehicle and a movable rail that is disposed to be movable in a front-and-rear direction on the fixed rail;

load sensors that are mounted to a front portion and a rear portion of each movable rail;

a first connecting member for connecting between front load sensor attachment portions of the pair of right and left rail members, the front load sensor attachment portions attaching front load sensors;

a second connecting member for connecting between rear load sensor attachment portions of the pair of right and left rail members, the rear load sensor attachment portions attaching rear load sensors; and

a third connecting member for connecting between the pair of right and left rail members, the third connecting member being provided between the first connecting member and the second connecting member,

wherein the third connecting member has a widest portion that is wider in the front-and-rear direction than the first connecting member and the second connecting member.

31. A passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device for a vehicle seat, comprising:

a pair of right and left rail members, each of the rail members comprising a fixed rail that is fixable to a vehicle and a movable rail that is disposed to be movable in a front-and-rear direction on the fixed rail;

load sensors that are mounted to a front portion and a rear portion of each movable rail;

a first connecting member for connecting between front load sensor attachment portions of the pair of right and left rail members, the front load sensor attachment portions attaching front load sensors;

a second connecting member for connecting between rear load sensor attachment portions of the pair of right and left rail members, the rear load sensor attachment portions attaching rear load sensors; and

a third connecting member for connecting between the pair of right and left rail members, the third connecting member being provided between the first connecting member and the second connecting member,

wherein the third connecting member has a widest portion that is wider in the front-and-rear direction than the first connecting member and the second connecting member, and

wherein a plurality of elongated holes are formed in the third connecting member.

32. A passenger'"'"'s weight measurement device for a vehicle seat, comprising:

a pair of right and left rail members, each of the rail members comprising a fixed rail that is fixable to a vehicle and a movable rail that is disposed to be movable in a front-and-rear direction on the fixed rail;

load sensors that are mounted on a front portion and a rear portion of each movable rail;

a first connecting member for connecting between front load sensor attachment portions of the pair of right and left rail members, the front load sensor attachment portions attaching front load sensors;

a second connecting member for connecting between rear load sensor attachment portions of the pair of right and left rail members, the rear load sensor attachment portions attaching rear load sensors; and

a third connecting member for connecting between the pair of right and left rail members, the third connecting member being provided between the first connecting member and the second connecting member,

wherein the third connecting member has a widest portion that is wider in the front-and-rear direction than the first connecting member and the second connecting member, and

wherein a first height position at which the first connecting member is attached, a second height position at which the second connecting member is attached, and a third height position at which the third connecting member is attached, are different from one another.
