Abstract

A terminal apparatus includes a display, a display control unit configured to display a screen on the display in a given display mode, a first selection operation detection unit configured to detect that a first selection operation concerning the given display mode has been performed in a given area of the screen, and a second selection operation detection unit configured to detect that a second selection operation concerning given processing has been performed in the given area of the screen. The display control unit displays a screen by changing to a second display mode based on detection of the first selection operation in the screen displayed in a first display mode, performs the given processing based on detection of the second selection operation, and performs display control processing for displaying a screen in the first display mode after the given processing.

Claims

1. A terminal apparatus comprising:

a display;

a display control unit configured to perform display control processing for displaying a screen on the display in a given display mode;

a first selection operation detection unit configured to detect that a first selection operation concerning the given display mode has been performed in a given area of the screen; and

a second selection operation detection unit configured to detect that a second selection operation concerning given processing has been performed in the given area of the screen,

wherein the display control unit performs display control processing for displaying a screen by changing to a second display mode based on detection of the first selection operation in the screen displayed in a first display mode, performs the given processing based on detection of the second selection operation, and performs display control processing for displaying a screen in the first display mode after the given processing.

2. The terminal apparatus according to claim 1, wherein

the given processing includes a transition from the screen to another screen, and

the display control unit performs display control processing for displaying the another screen after the transition from the screen on the display in the first display mode based on the detection of the second selection operation.

3. The terminal apparatus according to claim 1, wherein

the first display mode and the second display mode are different in a display scaling factor or a display position for displaying the screen on the display.

4. The terminal apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:

a first selection operation unit that is arranged in a first area of the screen and accepts the first selection operation; and

a second selection operation unit that is arranged in a second area of the screen and accepts the second selection operation;

wherein a touch panel provided in the display is used as the first and second selection operation units.

5. The terminal apparatus according to claim 4, wherein each of the first and second selection operations detects a different tap operation on the touch panel.

6. The terminal apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the second display mode has a plurality of types and one of the plurality of types of the second display mode is successively selected by consecutively performing the first selection operation.

7. A display control method for causing a display provided in a terminal apparatus to display a screen in a given display mode, comprising:

displaying a screen by changing to a second display mode after detecting that a first selection operation concerning the given display mode has been performed in a given area of the screen displayed in a first display mode; and

displaying a screen after a given processing in the first display mode, after detecting that a second selection operation concerning the given processing has been performed in the given area of the screen and performing the processing.

8. The display control method according to claim 7, wherein

the given processing includes a transition from the screen to another screen, and

the displaying the screen after the given processing includes displaying the another screen after the transition from the screen in the first display mode based on detection of the second selection operation.

9. The display control method according to claim 7, wherein the first display mode and the second display mode are different in a display scaling factor or a display position for the display to display the screen.

10. The display control method according to claim 7, further comprising:

accepting the first selection operation by a first selection operation unit that is arranged in a first area of the screen; and

accepting the second selection operation by a second selection operation unit that is arranged in a second area of the screen,

wherein a touch panel provided in the display is used as the first and second selection operation units.

11. The display control method according to claim 10, wherein each of the first and second selection operations detects a different tap operation on the touch panel.

12. The display control method according to claim 7, wherein the second display mode has a plurality of types and one of the plurality of types of the second display mode is successively selected by consecutively performing the first selection operation.

13. A computer readable storage medium that stores a program for causing a computer to perform display control processing for displaying a screen on a display in a given display mode in a terminal apparatus provided with the display, wherein the program causes the computer to perform the processes of:

detecting that a first selection operation concerning the display mode has been performed in a given area of the screen;

causing the display to display the screen by changing to a second display mode based on detection of the first selection operation in the screen displayed in a first display mode;

detecting that a second selection operation concerning given processing has been performed in the given area of the screen; and

causing the display to display the screen after processing in the first display mode, after performing the processing based on detection of the second selection operation.
