12. A method of manufacturing an electricity storage device in which an enclosed container including a container body and a top lid contains an electricity storage unit and a liquid coolant for cooling the electricity storage unit, comprising:

forming a protrusion on an inner surface of the top lid; and injecting the liquid coolant into the container body such that a surface of the liquid coolant is positioned between a level of a bottom end portion of the protrusion and a level of an upper end portion of the protrusion.
