Abstract

A piercing device and a blood inspection device that have increased safety. The piercing device (111) has a piercing button (113) placed on the front surface of a first case (112a), a base (114) being a piecing opening provided projecting from the front surface of the first case (112a), and a laser emission device (115) received in the first case (112a). First safety means (117) prevents emission of a laser beam (115a) to the outside when the first case (112a) and a second case (112b) are superposed on each other. When the base (114) is depressed after the second case (112b) is moved from the superposed state where the second case (112b) is superposed on the first case (112a) to a non-superposed state where the second case (112b) is not, a switch (114b) detects the depression of the base (114) and second safety means (118) to enable depression of the piercing button (113).

Claims

1. A puncturing apparatus comprising:

a housing that is movable to place a first case and second case in an overlapping state in which the first case and the second case overlap one another and a non-overlapping state;

a puncturing section that is housed in the housing and that performs puncturing through an puncturing opening;

a puncturing starting mechanism that activates the puncturing section;

a first safety section that prevents at least one or more of the puncturing opening and a puncturing button from being exposed, by placing the first case and the second case in the overlapping state of; and

a second safety section that disables operation of the puncturing starting mechanism in the non-overlapping state of the first case and the second case.

2. The puncturing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the puncturing section is a laser emitting device that punctures skin with laser light in a noncontact state.

3. The puncturing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the puncturing section is a needle puncturing device that punctures skin with a puncture needle.

4. The puncturing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein:

the first safety section provides a hinge part at a connecting point of each one end of the first case and the second case; and

the first case and the second case are opened and closed via the hinge part.

5. The puncturing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein:

the first safety section provides a slide part on each side surface of the first case and the second case; and

the first case and the second case are slidably opened and closed through the slide part.

6. The puncturing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein:

the first safety section provides an axis at connecting point of each one end of the first case and the second case; and

the first case and the second case are pivotally opened and closed around the axis.

7. The puncturing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the second safety section is a pedestal provided in one of the first case and the second case.

8. The puncturing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein:

the pedestal has the puncturing opening; and

operation of the puncturing starting mechanism is enabled by pressing the pedestal.

9. The puncturing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein:

the second safety section is provided with a skin detecting sensor at a tip of the pedestal; and

operation of the puncturing starting mechanism is enabled when the skin detecting sensor detects skin.

10. The puncturing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein:

the second safety section is provides a light receiving sensor inside the pedestal; and

operation of the puncturing starting mechanism is enabled when an output of the light receiving sensor is changed.

11. The puncturing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the second safety section is an operation section that can perform a predetermined operation;

and enables the puncturing starting mechanism when the puncturing starting mechanism will perform the predetermined operation.

12. The puncturing apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the operation section inputs a pressing order of a plurality of buttons as operation information.

13. The puncturing apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the operation section input, as operation information, one of:

rotation of a knob registered in advance;

operation of a pointing device registered in advance;

rotation of a volume registered in advance;

operation of a trackball registered in advance; and

operation of a dip switch registered in advance.

14. The puncturing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein:

the second safety section is a fingerprint identifying section that identifies a fingerprint registered in advance; and

the puncturing starting mechanism is enabled when the fingerprint identifying section identifies the fingerprint registered in advance.

15. The puncturing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a multiple-stage opening and closing mechanism that can lock opening and closing operation of the first case and the second case between the overlapping state and the non-overlapping state,

wherein the puncturing starting mechanism is enabled when the multiple-stage opening and closing mechanism locks once the opening and closing operation between the overlapping state and the non-overlapping state.

16. The puncturing apparatus according to claim 15, wherein a locked position by the multi-step opening and closing mechanism is a position where puncturing from the puncturing opening provided in one case is blocked by the other case facing the one case.

17. The puncturing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising an inner cover between the first case and the second case,

wherein the inner cover blocks puncturing from the puncturing opening provided in one case.

18. The puncturing apparatus according to claim 17, wherein the inner cover is provided in one of the first case and the second case.

19. The puncturing apparatus according to claim 17, wherein the inner cover is provided separately from the first case and the second case.

20. A blood test apparatus that has a puncturing apparatus that punctures the skin and tests components of blood exuding from skin by puncturing, comprising,

wherein a puncturing apparatus according to claim 1 is used as the puncturing apparatus.

21. The blood test apparatus according to claim 20, further comprising a negative pressure section that applies a negative pressure to a vicinity of the skin punctured by the puncturing apparatus.
