receiving, at the set top box, a voice command from a user, the voice command being associated with the interactive element; and
transmitting, via a wireless protocol, an instruction to a user device associated with the user, wherein the instruction indicates that a telephone call is to be placed from the user device or a text message is to be transmitted from the user device.
