Abstract

A mobile terminal and controlling method thereof are disclosed. According to the present invention, when audio information including recorded voice of a correspondent party is displayed on a screen of a mobile terminal, contact information matching the audio information of the correspondent party stored in the mobile terminal is searched and displayed on the screen. Therefore, a user is able to directly contact the correspondent party having recorded the audio information within the screen.

Claims

1. A mobile terminal, comprising:

a wireless communication unit;

a display unit configured to display a screen including at least one audio information;

an audio output unit configured to output the audio information included in the screen;

a memory configured to store a plurality of contact informations including voice information of a correspondent party; and

a controller configured to analyze the at least one audio information included in the screen, to search the memory for at least one contact information including the voice information matching the analyzed audio information, and to display the searched contact information on the screen.

2. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the picture comprises one selected from the group consisting of a website screen, a music play screen and a video play screen.

The mobile terminal of claim 2, wherein the audio information included in the website screen comprises one selected from the group consisting of a voice post of the correspondent party, a voice replay of the correspondent party and a UCC (user created contents) video including a voice of the correspondent party.

The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the voice information included in the contact information comprises one selected from the group consisting of a voice directly recorded by the correspondent party, a voice recorded in the course of a call with the correspondent party, a correspondent party'"'"'s voice extracted from a currently played music file, and a correspondent party'"'"'s voice extracted from a currently played video file.

The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein if the audio information included in the screen is outputted to the audio output unit, the controller searches the memory for the contact information including the voice information matching the outputted audio information and displays the searched contact information at a position of the audio information.

The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the at least one audio information included in the screen is selected, the controller searches the memory for the contact information including the voice information matching the selected audio information and displays the searched contact information at a position of the audio information.

The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein if a plurality of audio informations are included in the screen, the controller searches the memory for the contact informations including voice informations matching the audio informations, respectively and displays the searched contact informations at positions of the corresponding audio informations, respectively.

The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the voice information included in the contact information comprises a voice feature vector value of the correspondent party and wherein the controller extracts the voice feature vector value of the audio information and searches the memory for the contact information matching the extracted voice feature vector value.

The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein if the contact information including the voice information matching the analyzed audio information is not searched from the memory, the controller accesses a web via the wireless communication unit and then searches the accessed web for the contact information including the voice information matching the analyzed audio information.

10. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein if the displayed contact information is selected, the controller connects the communication to the contact information by controlling the wireless communication unit.

11. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the controller displays an icon indicating the searched contact information at a position of the analyzed audio information.

12. The mobile terminal of claim 11, wherein the controller combines a correspondent party'"'"'s image set in the contact information with the icon and then displays the combined image and icon at the position of the audio information.

13. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein if a plurality of contacts of different types are set in the searched contact information, respectively, the controller displays icons indicating the types of the contacts at a position of the analyzed audio information.

14. The mobile terminal of claim 13, wherein while a correspondent party image set in the searched contact information is displayed, the controller displays the images in a manner of arranging the images next to edges of the correspondent party image, respectively.

15. The mobile terminal of claim 13, wherein the controller displays the icons in a manner of arranging the icons on facets of a rotatable 3D polygonal shape, respectively.

16. The mobile terminal of claim 13, wherein at least one selected from the group consisting of a call function, a message send function, an email send function, a homepage access function and a blog access function is assigned to each of the icons.

17. A method of controlling a mobile terminal, the method comprising:

displaying a screen including at least one audio information;

analyzing the at least one audio information included in the screen;

searching a memory storing a plurality of contact informations including voice information of a correspondent party for at least one contact information including the voice information matching the analyzed audio information; and

displaying the searched contact information.
