Abstract

An electronic element includes a substrate, and a transparent conductive layer. The substrate includes a surface. The transparent conductive layer is formed on a surface of the substrate. The transparent conductive layer includes at least one carbon nanotube layer. Carbon nanotubes in the carbon nanotube layer are adhered together by the van der Waals attractive force therebetween.

Claims

1. An electronic element comprising:

a substrate comprising a surface; and

a transparent conductive layer comprising at least one carbon nanotube layer disposed on a surface of the substrate,

wherein carbon nanotubes in the carbon nanotube layer are adhered together by the van der Waals attractive force therebetween.

2. The electronic element as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one carbon nanotube layer comprises carbon nanotubes, the carbon nanotubes are aligned according to one of the following:

a plurality of disordered carbon nanotubes, a plurality of carbon nanotubes having at least one predetermined orientation.

3. The electronic element as claimed in claim 1, wherein the carbon nanotube layer comprises one or more a carbon nanotube films.

4. The electronic element as claimed in claim 3, wherein each carbon nanotube film comprises of the carbon nanotubes, the carbon nanotubes are arranged in a disordered or isotropic configuration.

5. The electronic element as claimed in claim 3, wherein each carbon nanotube film comprises of the carbon nanotubes, and the carbon nanotubes in the carbon nanotube film are substantially parallel to a surface of the carbon nanotube film.

6. The electronic element as claimed in claim 3, wherein each carbon nanotube film comprises of the carbon nanotubes, and the carbon nanotubes in the carbon nanotube film are entangled with each other.

7. The electronic element as claimed in claim 3, wherein each carbon nanotube film comprises of the carbon nanotubes, and the carbon nanotubes are oriented along a same direction.

8. The electronic element as claimed in claim 7, wherein the carbon nanotube film is made of a plurality of carbon nanotube segments joined end to end by the van der Waals attractive force therebetween;

the carbon nanotube segments are primarily oriented along the same direction; and

the carbon nanotube segments comprise of the carbon nanotubes primarily oriented along the same direction.

9. The touch control device as claimed in claim 8, wherein an angle exist between primary orientation the carbon nanotube segments of two adjacent carbon nanotube layers;

the angle is in between 0° and

90°

.

10. The electronic element as claimed in claim 3, wherein a thickness of the carbon nanotube film is in an approximate range from 0.5 nanometers to 100 micrometers.

11. The electronic element as claimed in claim 2, wherein the carbon nanotubes in the at least one carbon nanotube layer are selected from the group consisting of single-walled carbon nanotubes, double-walled carbon nanotubes, and multi-walled carbon nanotubes.

The electronic element as claimed in claim 11, wherein diameters of the single-walled carbon nanotubes are in an approximate range from 0.5 nanometers to 50 nanometers, diameters of the double-walled carbon nanotubes are in an approximate range from 1 nanometer to 50 nanometers, and diameters of the multi-walled carbon nanotubes are in an approximate range from 1.5 nanometers to 50 nanometers.

13. The electronic element as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least two carbon nanotube layers stacked one on the other.

14. The electronic element as claimed in claim 1, further comprising at least two electrodes located adjacent to the transparent conductive layer.

15. The electronic element as claimed in claim 14, wherein the electrodes are adhered to a surface of the transparent conductive layer by silver slurry.

16. The electronic element as claimed in claim 15, wherein a material of the electrodes is selected from the group consisting of copper, silver, gold, molybdenum, and graphite.

17. The electronic element as claimed in claim 1, wherein the substrate is curved.

18. The electronic element as claimed in claim 1, wherein a material of the substrate is selected from the group consisting of glass, quartz, diamond, and plastic.
