Abstract

A polyfunctional polyoxyalkylene compound represented by the following formula (1):

wherein Z represents a hydroxyl group-removed residue of pentaerythritol or dipentaerythritol, R represents a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 24 carbon atoms, OA¹ and OA² represent an oxyalkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, L¹ and L² represent an alkylene group which may have an ester bond or the like in the alkylene chain or at the terminal end, and X represents a functional group capable of reacting chemically; R, OA¹, OA², L¹, and L² are the same or different from one another in one molecule, m and n are an average number of moles of the oxyalkylene group added, m represents 5 to 1,000, and n represents 0 to 1,000; p and q represent 0 or 1; r¹+r²=4 or 6; and r¹ and r² are an integer of 2 or more.

Claims

1. A polyfunctional polyoxyalkylene compound represented by the following formula (1):

2. The polyfunctional polyoxyalkylene compound according to claim 1, wherein R is a methyl group and OA¹ and OA² represent an oxyethylene group.

3. The polyfunctional polyoxyalkylene compound according to claim 1, wherein n and q is 0 and m is 100 to 800.

4. The polyfunctional polyoxyalkylene compound according to claim 1, wherein n is 1 to 500 and m is 100 to 800.

5. The polyfunctional polyoxyalkylene compound according to claim 1, wherein X is a functional group capable of chemically bonding to an amino group, a carboxyl group, a mercapto group, an aldehyde group, an unsaturated bond, or an azido group.

The polyfunctional polyoxyalkylene compound according to claim 1, wherein X is a functional group including an active ester, an active carbonate, an aldehyde, an isocyanate, an isothiocyanate, an epoxide, a thiol, a maleimide, a hydrazide, a dithiopyridine, a sulfone, an amine, an oxyamine, an a-haloacetyl, a carboxylic acid, an unsaturated bond, or an azide.

7. The polyfunctional polyoxyalkylene compound according to claim 1, wherein X is a functional group selected from the following:

8. The polyfunctional polyoxyalkylene compound according to claim 1, wherein Z is a hydroxyl group-removed residue of pentaerythritol and r¹=r²=2.

9. The polyfunctional polyoxyalkylene compound according to claim 1, wherein Z is a hydroxyl group-removed residue of dipentaerythritol and r¹=2 and r²=4.

10. The polyfunctional polyoxyalkylene compound according to claim 1, wherein Z is a hydroxyl group-removed residue of dipentaerythritol and r¹=4 and r²=2.

11. A polyoxyalkylene compound as an intermediate of the polyfunctional polyoxyalkylene compound represented by the formula (1) according to claim 1, represented by the following formula (2):
