Abstract

Various systems and methods that may relate to referral and/or delivery services are described. Some embodiments may include communication using a payment processing device. Various other embodiments are described.

Claims

1. A method comprising:

receiving an indication of items to be ordered;

receiving an indication of a payment for the items;

establishing, by a computing device of a user, a user interface in response to receiving the indication of items and the indication of the payment;

receiving, by the computing device of the user, a plurality of actuations of the user interface;

in response only to receiving each actuation of the user interface from the user, transmitting a respective indication of the items and the payment from the computing device of the user to a remote device;

receiving each indication of the items and the payment by the remote device;

in response to receiving each indication of the items and the payment, facilitating, by the remote device, delivery of the items to the user without requesting input from the user; and

in response to receiving each indication of the items and the payment, facilitating, by the remote device, completion of the payment for the items without requesting input from the user.

2. An apparatus comprising:

a tangible machine readable medium having stored thereon a plurality of instructions that when executed by a processor cause the processor to perform a method comprising;

receiving an indication of items to be ordered;

receiving an indication of a payment for the items;

establishing a user interface in response to receiving the indication of items and the indication of the payment;

receiving a plurality of actuations of the user interface;

in response only to receiving each actuation of the user interface from the user, transmitting a respective indication of the items and the payment from the computing device of the user to a remote device configured to facilitate delivery of the items to the user and complete the payment for the items without requesting input from the user.

3. The apparatus of claim 2, in which the user interface includes an icon on a computing device.

4. The apparatus of claim 2, in which each actuation includes at least one of a single click on an icon and a double click on an icon.

5. The apparatus of claim 2, in which transmitting each respective indication includes transmitting each respective indication to a remove device of a delivery service.

6. The apparatus of claim 2, in which establishing the user interface includes placing an icon on a computing device.

7. The apparatus of claim 2, in which transmitting each respective indication includes transmitting each respective indication without receiving input from the user other than the actuation.

8. The apparatus of claim 2, in which transmitting each respective indication includes transmitting each respective indication without requesting input from the user.

9. The apparatus of claim 2, in which the items include food items offered for sale by a restaurant.

10. The apparatus of claim 2, in which the payment includes a charge on a credit card.

11. An apparatus comprising:

a tangible machine readable medium having stored thereon a plurality of instructions that when executed by a processor cause the processor to perform a method comprising;

receiving a plurality of indication of respective actuations by a user of a user interface of a remote device;

in response to only receiving each indication from the remote device, facilitating a respective delivery of a pre-established set of items from a merchant to the user of the remote device without requesting input from the user;

in response to receiving each indication, facilitating a respective completion of a pre-established payment for the items without requesting input from the user.

12. The apparatus of claim 11, in which the user interface includes an icon on a computing device.

13. The apparatus of claim 11, in which each actuation includes at least one of a single click on an icon and a double click on an icon.

14. The apparatus of claim 11, in which the apparatus includes a computing device of a delivery service.

15. The apparatus of claim 11, in which facilitating the respective delivery and the respective completion include facilitating without receiving input from the user other than the actuation.

16. The apparatus of claim 11, in which facilitating the respective delivery and the respective completion include facilitating without requesting input from the user.

17. The apparatus of claim 11, in which the items include food items offered for sale by a restaurant.

18. The apparatus of claim 11, in which the payment includes a charge on a credit card.

19. The apparatus of claim 11, in which the payment and the set of items are pre-established by the remote device prior to the receiving any of the plurality of indications.

20. The apparatus of claim 11, in which the payment and the set of items are pre-established by storing information prior to the receiving any of the plurality of indications.
