Abstract

An electronic apparatus includes a power receiving unit that receives electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus in a non-contact manner; and a control unit that controls the electronic apparatus to be set in a second state until a predetermined time elapses since identification information is assigned from the power supply apparatus and controls the electronic apparatus to be set in a first state if the predetermined time has elapsed, wherein, if the power supply apparatus detects an electronic apparatus that is set in the first state, the power supply apparatus assigns identification information to the detected electronic apparatus.

Claims

1. An electronic apparatus for receiving electric power from a power supply apparatus in a non-contact manner, the electronic apparatus comprising:

a power receiving unit that receives electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus; and

a control unit that controls the electronic apparatus to be set in a second state until a predetermined time elapses since identification information is assigned from the power supply apparatus,

wherein, if the power supply apparatus detects an electronic apparatus that is set in a first state, the power supply apparatus assigns identification information to the detected electronic apparatus,

the control unit controls the electronic apparatus to be set in the first state if the predetermined time has elapsed,

the control unit controls to store the identification information assigned from the power supply apparatus in a recording unit,

the first state is a state in which the power receiving unit receives the electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus, and

the second state is a state in which the power receiving unit does not receive the electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus.

The electronic apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the control unit deletes the identification information which is assigned from the power supply apparatus and is stored in the recording unit from the recording unit if a state of the electronic apparatus is changed from the first state to the second state.

3. The electronic apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:

a count unit that detects a number of times that the identification information assigned from the power supply apparatus is stored in the recording unit,

wherein the control unit acquires the identification information assigned from the power supply apparatus by executing predetermined process until the number of times is equal to or more than a predetermined value, and

the predetermined process includes a process for setting the electronic apparatus in the second state until the predetermined time elapses since the electronic apparatus is assigned the identification information from the power supply apparatus, a process for setting the electronic apparatus in the first state after the predetermined time has elapsed, and a process for storing the identification information assigned from the power supply apparatus in the recording unit.

4. An electronic apparatus for charging a battery based on electric power supplied from a power supply apparatus in a non-contact manner, the electronic apparatus comprising:

a charge unit that charges a battery based on electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus; and

a control unit that controls the electronic apparatus to be set in a second state until a predetermined time elapses since identification information is assigned from the power supply apparatus,

wherein, if the power supply apparatus detects an electronic apparatus that is set in a first state, the power supply apparatus assigns identification information to the detected electronic apparatus, the control unit controls the electronic apparatus to be set in the first state if the predetermined time has elapsed,

the control unit controls to store the identification information assigned from the power supply apparatus in a recording unit,

the first state is a state in which the charge unit charges the battery based on the electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus, and

the second state is a state in which the charge unit does not charge the battery based on the electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus.

5. The electronic apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the control unit deletes the identification information which is assigned from the power supply apparatus and is stored in the recording unit if a state of the electronic apparatus is changed from the first state to the second state.

6. The electronic apparatus according to claim 4, further comprising:

a count unit that detects a number of times that the identification information assigned from the power supply apparatus is stored in the recording unit,

wherein the control unit acquires the identification information assigned from the power supply apparatus by executing predetermined process until the number of times is equal to or more than a predetermined value,

wherein the predetermined process includes a process for setting the electronic apparatus in the second state until the predetermined time elapses since the electronic apparatus is assigned the identification information from the power supply apparatus, a process for setting the electronic apparatus in the first state after the predetermined period has elapsed, and a process for storing the identification information assigned from the power supply apparatus in the recording unit.

7. A control method for controlling an electronic apparatus which includes a power receiving unit that receives electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus in a non-contact manner, the control method comprising:

controlling the electronic apparatus to be set in a second state until a predetermined time elapses since identification information is assigned from the power supply apparatus;

controlling the electronic apparatus to be set in a first state if the predetermined time has elapsed; and

controlling to store the identification information assigned from the power supply apparatus in a recording unit,

wherein, if the power supply apparatus detects an electronic apparatus that is set in the first state, the power supply apparatus assigns identification information to the detected electronic apparatus,

the first state is a state in which the power receiving unit receives the electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus, and

the second state is a state in which the power receiving unit does not receive the electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus.

8. The control method according to claim 7, further comprising:

deleting the identification information which is assigned from the power supply apparatus and is stored in the recording unit from the recording unit if a state of the electronic apparatus is changed from the first state to the second state.

9. The control method according to claim 7, further comprising:

detecting a number of times that the identification information assigned from the power supply apparatus is stored in the recording unit, and

acquiring the identification information assigned from the power supply apparatus by executing predetermined process until the number of times is equal to or more than a predetermined value,

wherein the predetermined process includes a process for setting the electronic apparatus in the second state until the predetermined time elapses since the electronic apparatus is assigned the identification information from the power supply apparatus, a process for setting the electronic apparatus in the first state after the predetermined time has elapsed, and a process for storing the identification information assigned from the power supply apparatus in the recording unit.

10. A control method for controlling an electronic apparatus which includes a charge unit that charges a battery based on electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus in a non-contact manner, the control method comprising:

controlling the electronic apparatus to be set in a second state until a predetermined time elapses since identification information is assigned from the power supply apparatus;

controlling the electronic apparatus to be set in a first state if the predetermined time has elapsed; and

controlling to store the identification information assigned from the power supply apparatus in a recording unit,

wherein, if the power supply apparatus detects an electronic apparatus that is set in the first state, the power supply apparatus assigns identification information to the detected electronic apparatus,

the first state is a state in which the charge unit charges the battery based on the electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus, and

the second state is a state in which the charge unit does not charge the battery based on the electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus.

11. The control method according to claim 10, further comprising:

deleting the identification information which is assigned from the power supply apparatus and is stored in the recording unit from the recording unit if a state of the electronic apparatus is changed from the first state to the second state.

12. The control method according to claim 10, further comprising:

detecting a number of times that the identification information assigned from the power supply apparatus is stored in the recording unit, and

acquiring the identification information assigned from the power supply apparatus by executing predetermined process until the number of times is equal to or more than a predetermined value,

wherein the predetermined process includes a process for setting the electronic apparatus in the second state until the predetermined time elapses since the electronic apparatus is assigned the identification information from the power supply apparatus, a process for setting the electronic apparatus in the first state if the predetermined period has elapsed, and a process for storing the identification information assigned from the power supply apparatus in the recording unit.

13. A computer-readable recording medium storing a computer-executable program of instructions for causing a computer to execute a method for controlling an electronic apparatus which includes a power receiving unit that receives electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus in a non-contact manner, the method comprising:

controlling the electronic apparatus to be set in a second state until a predetermined time elapses since identification information is assigned from the power supply apparatus;

controlling the electronic apparatus to be set in a first state if the predetermined time has elapsed; and

controlling to store the identification information assigned from the power supply apparatus in a recording unit,

wherein, if the power supply apparatus detects an electronic apparatus that is set in the first state, the power supply apparatus assigns identification information to the detected electronic apparatus,

the first state is a state in which the power receiving unit receives the electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus, and

the second state is a state in which the power receiving unit does not receive the electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus.

14. A computer-readable recording medium storing a computer-executable program of instructions for causing a computer to execute a method for controlling an electronic apparatus which includes a charge unit that charges a battery based on electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus in a non-contact manner, the method comprising:

controlling the electronic apparatus to be set in a second state until a predetermined time elapses since identification information is assigned from the power supply apparatus;

controlling the electronic apparatus to be set in a first state if the predetermined time has elapsed; and

controlling to store the identification information assigned from the power supply apparatus in a recording unit,

wherein, if the power supply apparatus detects an electronic apparatus that is set in the first state, the power supply apparatus assigns identification information to the detected electronic apparatus,

the first state is a state in which the charge unit charges the battery based on the electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus, and

the second state is a state in which the charge unit does not charge the battery based on the electric power supplied from the power supply apparatus.
