1. A system for non-contact measurements of a physiological condition, comprising:

  • a laser configured to optically interrogate a surface of a patient'"'"'s body with an optical signal;

    a detector configured to receive reflected light from the surface in response to the optical signal;

    a controller configured to determine velocity data representing a velocity of the surface based on the optical signal and the reflected light; and

    a processor configured to compute a corresponding displacement waveform representing displacement of the surface based on the velocity data, the corresponding displacement waveform representing the physiological condition.
