1. A measuring device for a noncontact measurement of distances on a target object, the measuring device comprising:

  • a housing;

    a distance measurer situated in the housing and utilizing an optical measuring beam, with aid of which a distance between a reference point and at least one measuring point on the target object is measurable without contact;

    a photoelectric image acquirer situated in the housing, having a viewfinder and camera lens as well as an image path connecting the viewfinder and the camera lens for detecting target points of the target object;

    an image processor for creating a photoelectric image of the target object; and

    a controller capable of computation, the photoelectric image of the image processor being displayable with the aid of the controller,the image processor designed to define at least a number of target points as a plurality of pixels in exactly one single image of the photoelectric image,the controller designed to allocate the distance of the reference point to the measuring point to at least one of the pixels and to make the allocation available for further processing.
