Abstract

A small size, low profile camera-shake correction device. A camera-shake correction device (10) corrects camera shake by moving the entire auto-focusing lens drive device (20) in a first direction (X) and a second direction (Y) which are perpendicular to the optical axis (O) and are perpendicular to each other, the auto-focusing lens drive device (20) being provided with a focusing coil (26) and a permanent magnet (28) which is disposed on the outside of the focusing coil. The camera-shake correction device (10) includes: a base (14) disposed so as to be spaced from the bottom surface of the auto-focusing lens drive device (20); suspension wires (16) which each have one end affixed to the outer peripheral section of the base, which extend along the optical axis (O), and which support the entire auto-focusing lens drive device (20) in such a manner that the auto-focusing lens drive device (20) is rockable in the first direction (X) and the second direction (Y); and a camera-shake correcting coil (18) disposed so as to face the permanent magnet (28).

Claims

1. A camera-shake correction apparatus (10;

10A;

10B) that corrects camera shake by moving all or a moving part of an auto-focusing lens drive apparatus (20;

20A;

20B) for moving a lens barrel (12;

12A) along an optical axis (O) in a first direction (X) and second direction (Y) that are perpendicular to said optical axis (O) and that are perpendicular to each other, wherein;

said auto-focusing lens drive apparatus (20;

20A;

20B) has;

a focusing coil (26;

26A-1, 26A-2;

26B-1, 26B-2); and

a permanent magnet (28;

28A;

28B) disposed on an outer radial-direction side of that focusing coil with respect to said optical axis (O), facing that focusing coil.; and

said camera-shake correction apparatus (10;

10A;

10B) has;

a base (34;

14A;

14B) disposed so as to be spaced from a bottom surface of said auto-focusing lens drive apparatus (20;

20A;

20B);

a plurality of suspension wires (16;

16A;

16B) one end of each of which is fixed by an outer peripheral section of that base, said plurality of suspension wires extending along said optical axis (O) and supporting all or a moving part of said auto-focusing lens drive apparatus (20;

20A;

20B) so as to be able to rock in said first direction (X) and said second direction (Y); and

a camera-shake correction coil (18;

18A;

18B) disposed so as to face said permanent magnet (28;

28A;

28B).

2. The camera-shake correction apparatus (10;

10B) according to claim 1, wherein said auto-focusing lens drive apparatus (20;

20B) has;

a lens holder (24;

24B) having a tubular section (240;

240B) that supports said lens barrel (12;

12A), said lens holder (24;

24B) fixing said focusing coil (26;

26A-1, 26A-2;

26B-1, 26B-2) so as to be positioned around said tubular section (240;

a magnet holder (30;

30B) that is disposed on an outer periphery of that lens holder and supports said permanent magnet (28;

28B); and

a pair of leaf springs (32, 34;

32A, 34A;

32B, 34B) that support said lens holder (24;

24A;

24B) so as to be displaceable in said optical axis (O) direction when positioned in a radial direction.

3. The camera-shake correction apparatus (10) according to claim 2, wherein:

said auto-focusing lens drive apparatus (20) has an upper board (36) that is mounted on an upper end of said magnet holder (30); and

other ends of said plurality of suspension wires (16) are fixed to said upper board (36).

4. The camera-shake correction apparatus (10) according to claim 2 or 3, wherein said pair of leaf springs (32, 43) are fixed in a linked fashion between said lens holder (24) and said magnet holder (30).

5. The camera-shake correction apparatus (10) according to claim 4, wherein:

said permanent magnet (28) includes a plurality of permanent magnet sections (282) disposed so as to face each other in said first direction (X) and said second direction (Y);

said camera-shake correction coil (18) is disposed outside said plurality of permanent magnet sections; and

said camera-shake correction apparatus (10) has a plurality of coil boards (40) that are disposed so as to face and be spaced from said plurality of permanent magnet sections (282), and on which said camera-shake correction coil (18) is formed.

6. The camera-shake correction apparatus (10) according to claim 5, further comprising a shield cover (42) that covers said plurality of coil boards (40).

7. The camera-shake correction apparatus (10) according to claim 6, wherein said plurality of coil boards (40) are attached to an inner wall of said shield cover (42).

8. The camera-shake correction apparatus (10) according to any one of claims 5 through 7, further comprising a position detection section (50) for detecting a position of said auto-focusing lens drive apparatus (20) with respect to said base (14).

9. The camera-shake correction apparatus (10) according to claim 8, wherein said position detection section is composed of a Hall device (50) that is disposed so as to be spaced from and face said permanent magnet section (182) and that is mounted on said base (14).

10. The camera-shake correction apparatus (10A;

10B) according to claim 2, wherein;

said permanent magnet (28A;

28B) is composed of a plurality of first permanent magnet sections (282A-1;

282B-1) and a plurality of second permanent magnet sections (282A-2;

282B-2) that are disposed so as to face each other in said first direction (X) and said second direction (Y) and disposed so as to be spaced from each other in said optical axis (O) direction, said first permanent magnet sections and second permanent magnet sections are polarized into an N pole and S pole in a radial direction, and said first permanent magnet sections and second permanent magnet sections have magnetic poles that differ in said optical axis (O) direction;

said focusing coil is composed of a first and second focusing coil (26A-1, 26A-2;

26B-1, 26B-2) that are fixed around a tubular section (240A;

240B) of said lens holder (24A;

24B), facing said plurality of first permanent magnet sections and said plurality of second permanent magnet sections respectively;

said camera-shake correction coil is composed of a plurality of camera-shake correction coils (18A;

18B) that are disposed inserted between said plurality of first permanent magnet sections and said plurality of second permanent magnet sections; and

said camera-shake correction apparatus (10A;

10B) has a ring-shaped coil board (40A;

40B) on which said plurality of camera-shake correction coils are formed.

11. The camera-shake correction apparatus (10A) according to claim 10, wherein:

said base (14) is composed of a ring-shaped base section (142A) and a tubular section (144A) that projects upward in said optical axis (O) direction from an outer edge of that base section;

said coil board (40A) is fixed to an upper end of a tubular section of said base; and

said pair of leaf springs (32, 43) are fixed in a linked fashion between said lens holder (24A) and said magnet holder (30A).

12. The camera-shake correction apparatus (10A) according to claim 11, wherein:

said plurality of suspension wires (16A) rise up from an outer peripheral section of said base section (142A);

said magnet holder (30A) has an upper ring-shaped end section (304A), and that upper ring-shaped end section has a plurality of wire insertion holes (304Aa) into which other ends of said plurality of suspension wires are inserted; and

of said pair of leaf springs, an upper leaf spring (32A) has a plurality of wire fixing holes (324Aa) into which other ends of said plurality of suspension wires are inserted.

13. The camera-shake correction apparatus (10A) according to claim 12, wherein said coil board (40A) has a plurality of through-holes (40Aa) through which said plurality of suspension wires (16A) pass.

14. The camera-shake correction apparatus (10A) according to any one of claims 11 through 13, further comprising a position detection section (50A;

50B;

51B) for detecting a position of said auto-focusing lens drive apparatus (20A) with respect to said base (14A).

The camera-shake correction apparatus (10A) according to claim 14, wherein said position detection section is composed of at least two Hall devices (50A) that are mounted on said base section (142A), and that are disposed so as to face and be spaced from at least two second permanent magnet sections disposed in said first direction X and said second direction Y among said plurality of second permanent magnet sections.

16. The camera-shake correction apparatus (10A) according to claim 14, wherein:

said position detection section is composed of at least two photoreflectors (50B) and at least two position information sections (51B), disposed so as to face each other;

said at least two position information sections (51B) are disposed in said first direction (X) and said second direction (Y) on an underside of a lower leaf spring (34A) lower in said optical axis (O) direction, of said pair of leaf springs; and

said at least two photoreflectors (50B) are mounted on said base section (142A), and are disposed so as to be spaced from and face said at least two position information sections (51B) respectively.

17. The camera-shake correction apparatus (10B) according to claim 10, wherein:

said camera-shake correction apparatus (10B) further comprising a coil holder (44B) that holds said coil board (40B);

said base (14B) is composed of a ring-shaped base section (142B) and a tubular section (144B) having a plurality of rectangular apertures (144Ba) that projects upward in said optical axis (O) direction from an outer edge of that base section;

said magnet holder (30B) is composed of a plurality of magnet holders (30B) that hold one said first permanent magnet section and one said second permanent magnet section respectively;

said plurality of magnet holders are fixed inserted into said plurality of apertures (144Ba) of a tubular section (144B) of said base; and

said pair of leaf springs (32B, 34B) are fixed in a linked fashion between said lens holder (24B) and said coil holder (44B).

18. The camera-shake correction apparatus (10B) according to claim 17, wherein:

said plurality of suspension wires (16B) rise up in pairs from an outer peripheral section of said base section (142B);

said coil holder (44B) has an upper ring-shaped end section (444B) and a plurality of projecting sections (448B) that project in an outward radial direction from an outer peripheral section of that upper ring-shaped end section, and that plurality of projecting sections have a plurality of wire fixing holes (448Ba) into which other ends of said plurality of suspension wires are inserted.

19. The camera-shake correction apparatus (10B) according to claim 17 or 18, further comprising a position detection section (50B, 518) for detecting a position of a moving part of said camera-shake correction apparatus (10B) with respect to said base (14B).

20. The camera-shake correction apparatus (10B) according to claim 19, wherein:

said coil holder (44B) further comprises a lower ring-shaped end section (446B);

said position detection section is composed of at least two photoreflectors (50B) and at least two position information sections (51B) that are disposed so as to face each other;

said at least two position information sections (51B) are disposed in said first direction (X) and said second direction Y on an underside of said lower ring-shaped end section (446B) of said coil holder (44B); and

said at least two photoreflectors (50B) are mounted on said base section (142B), and are disposed so as to be spaced from and face said at least two position information sections (51B) respectively.
