  • A resettable dosing mechanism, said dosing mechanism, wherein preferably said dose setting mechanism is removably connected to a cartridge holder, comprising;

    a dose button;

    a dial grip is preferably operatively coupled to said dose button, said dial grip rotatable to set a dose;

    a spindle for acting on a bung of a cartridge; and

    a driver operatively coupled to said dose button and said spindle;

    wherein during an injection of said dose, said dose button moves in an axial direction to cause said spindle to administer said dose, anda resetting mechanism, wherein during resetting of said dose setting mechanism using said resetting mechanism said spindle is preferably retracted back into said dose setting mechanism, wherein said dial grip must be manipulated, preferably pulled in a proximal direction (D2), in order to activate said resetting mechanism in order to preferably retract said spindle back into said dose setting mechanism.
