Abstract

The disclosure discloses a rotating electrical machine that is integrally formed with a reduction device having an input shaft to which a roller gear cam is provided and an output shaft to which cam followers configured to sequentially engage with the roller gear cam is provided on an outer periphery, extending along a direction orthogonal to the input shaft, and is configured to employ one of a field system or an armature as a rotator and the other of the field system or the armature as a stator, including a rotating shaft that is fixed to the rotator and integrally formed as a single shaft with the input shaft of the reduction device.

Claims

1. A rotating electrical machine that is integrally formed with a reduction device having an input shaft to which a roller gear cam is provided and an output shaft to which cam followers configured to sequentially engage with said roller gear cam is provided on an outer periphery, extending along a direction orthogonal to said input shaft, and is configured to employ one of a field system and an armature as a rotator and the other of the field system and the armature as a stator, comprising:

a rotating shaft that is fixed to said rotator and is integrally formed with said input shaft of said reduction device as a single shaft.

2. The rotating electrical machine according to claim 1, wherein:

said rotating shaft is not supported rotatably by a bearing.

3. The rotating electrical machine according to claim 2, wherein:

the rotating electrical machine is integrally formed with said reduction device having a bearing that rotatably supports said rotating shaft.

4. A rotating apparatus that integrally comprises a rotating electrical machine having one of a field system and an armature serving as a rotator and the other of the field system and the armature serving as a stator, and a reduction device, wherein:

said rotating electrical machine has a rotating shaft fixed to said rotator;

said reduction device has an input shaft to which a roller gear cam is provided, and an output shaft to which cam followers configured to sequentially engage with said roller gear cam is provided on an outer periphery, extending along a direction orthogonal to said input shaft; and

said rotating shaft of said rotating electrical machine and said input shaft of said reduction device are integrally formed into a single shaft.

5. The rotating apparatus according to claim 4, wherein:

said rotating electrical machine does not have a bearing that rotatably supports said rotating shaft.

6. The rotating apparatus according to claim 5, wherein:

said reduction device further comprises a bearing that rotatably supports said rotating shaft.

7. The rotating apparatus according to claim 4, wherein:

said reduction device comprises;

a bearing that is disposed on both sides of said roller gear cam along an axial direction and rotatably supports said input shaft; and

bearing pre-compressing members that are disposed on an outer side from said bearing along the axial direction and provide pre-compression to said bearing, and

at least one of said bearing pre-compressing members comprises;

a screw-engaging portion wherein a screw portion that is screwed to a housing is formed on an outer periphery; and

a pre-compressing portion that is positioned on an inner side from said screw-engaging portion along the axial direction, has a larger diameter than said screw-engaging portion, and contacts an outer ring of said bearing.
