Abstract

Money transfer system authorizing an escrow agent computer electronically by touch-tone telephone, computer modem, P.O.S. (point of sale) terminal, live operators, to send cash transfers from a sender'"'"'s account such as their credit, debit, bank, or ATM card, or a bank account, to a recipient who accesses the money at any remote ATM type location or P.O.S. (point of sale) terminal by using cards such as a specialized magnetic cards, credit cards, debit cards, and automated teller machine (ATM) card, at anytime and anywhere. Senders can authorize the transfer by touch-tone and PIN (personal identification number) secure codes. The system can operate without pre-existing relationships, and monitor transactions and take surcharges based on transfer amounts, and use a cards tethered to ATM machines and be used with double magnetic sided cards.

26. A method for transferring money funds from sending bank accounts to receiving debit accounts utilizing a computer system comprising:

providing a computer system;

accessing the computer system with a phone or computer;

receiving bank account information data and debit account information data;

processing the data in automated modes;

utilizing adapters when needed to convert the data received into data language for processing and communicating the data;

communicating the data without the necessity of a pre-established relationship between the bank account and the debit account;

effecting a transfer from the bank account to the debit account; and

repeating the processes for additional simultaneous transfers from different bank accounts to different debit accounts.

27. A system for transferring money funds from sending bank accounts to receiving debit accounts utilizing a computer system comprising:

a computer system;

a medium for accessing the computer system with a phone or computer;

a receiver for receiving the bank account information data and the debit account information data;

a processor for processing the data in automated modes;

adapters when needed to convert the data received into data language for processing and communicating the data; and

a communication medium for communicating the data without the necessity of a pre-established relationship between the bank account and the debit account, wherein the system effects a transfer from the bank account to the debit account, and repeats for additional simultaneous transfers from different bank accounts to different debit accounts.

28. An automated business process system for transferring money funds from sending hank accounts with available funds to separate accounts comprising:

a computer system accessible by a sender'"'"'s phone or computer, wherein the computer system communicates automated prompts soliciting information;

wherein the sender responses received convey sending account information data, transfer authorization data and receiving account data;

wherein the available funds designated by the sender are caused, by the computer system, to be transferred from a sending bank account to a separate receiving account without having a pre-established relationship between the sending account and the separate receiving account; and

wherein the computer system processes and transmits the data received utilizing adapters when needed to convert the data received into a data language required for processing; and

wherein the system is repeated for additional simultaneous money transfers from different sending bank accounts to separate receiving accounts without having any transaction information being conveyed by the sender to the recipient, and which transfers are not in response to a pre-existing transaction relationship between the sender and the recipient.
