1. A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a program that causes a computer to execute a procedure comprising:
- starting a first virtual machine and a second virtual machine different from the first virtual machine;
acquiring first display information about the first virtual machine, the first display information not prompting a user operation;
displaying the acquired first display information in a first display area on a display unit;
acquiring second display information about the first virtual machine, the second display information prompting a user operation;
displaying the acquired second display information in a second display area on the display unit;
determining, in response to an instruction for changing display, whether mixed display is allowed by referencing status information indicating whether the mixed display is allowed, the mixed display being a display state in which information about one virtual machine is displayed together with information about another virtual machine on the display unit;
acquiring, when the mixed display is allowed, third display information about the second virtual machine, the third display information not prompting a user operation; and
displaying the acquired third display information in a third display area on the display unit.
